Thank you so much for this incredible review! We are so glad that the care and thought put into the decor and quality of the condo stood out to you, as that is something we are very intentional about for every guest. Hearing that it was the best condo you have stayed at on this beach truly means the world to us! We sincerely apologize for the garage code issue, and we completely understand how frustrating it would be with other vehicles waiting behind you. We have looked into this to make sure codes are now up to date and communicated clearly before and during every stay. We would absolutely love to welcome you back again soon and hope to make your next stay a perfect experience from start to finish!

We always strive to address maintenance issues as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience throughout the entire process, and we are glad it was ultimately resolved. We would absolutely love to welcome you back again and hope to provide a much smoother and more enjoyable experience from start to finish!

Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear the entire experience — from booking through check-out — was smooth and enjoyable. It means a lot to know the space felt like the perfect fit for your family and that the thoughtful touches were noticed and appreciated. Hello! We are so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay at this amazing place. We are sorry to hear about the sand and would have liked the opportunity to send the cleaning crew back should we have been informed about it as we have staff available seven days a week. Thank you!

David, we are so sorry the cart went down for your stay. We did everything we could to alleviate the situation, but as you are aware, it could not be fixed in time. We communicated with you everything that was given to us from the repair tech. Again, we apologize that this happened, however Sandestin does not allow for replacement carts to be utilized on their premises. This is a property that has a single cart that we throw in as a perk. It is not always available if it is being maintained. The cart has been fixed and is in great condition now.

Hello Linzi! We are so glad to hear you came to visit again and enjoyed your stay. We apologize for any inconvenience and would have been happy to send housekeeping to your unit as soon as possible. We have maintenance on call seven days a week to attend to any issues that arise. We hope to see you again next year, we appreciate you!
