Very cozy little place, the host was very helpful with getting salt on the steep driveway as the snow was coming.

Parkway just two minutes away!

Excellent location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. 10-15 minutes from all the favorite attractions. The cottage is cozy and tastefully decorated to match the mountain setting. The two bedrooms and separate baths along with a sleeper sofa is perfect for a small group!

Quick Vacay

We enjoyed our stay overall. The cottage was very clean. The only issue we had was the steep walk to the door and the control of the AC but called Dennis and he was quick to help us out.

Hurricane stopped us from staying

Location Location Location!

Had a wonderful stay with family over fall break. The house is exactly as described. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are modern and clean. Location is perfect. Just a short drive up the hill from the Parkway. We have stayed in cabins way up on the mountain top with treacherous, curvy roads to get there. Getting here was a breeze! The only recommendation I have is to install some type of motion sensored light on the ramp from the driveway into the house. It is really dark when trying to get into the house. Would definitely stay again.

It was a great location and nice home. Would live to go back sometime.

Little disappointed the yard wasn’t fenced and the deck was great but it didn’t have a gate to close it off so our dog had to stay on a leash at all times. The location was really close to everything and really quiet!

Very cozy!

My family and I loved the cabin. Every was very nice and clean and very close to fun activities.The only thing I would suggest is a ceiling fan in the living room, other than that we loved every moment of our stay.

Great location, easy driveway and clean

The property had everything we needed. The new appliances were very nice and we loved the way it was decorated and all the black details were just perfect. I wish we could have stayed longer and we are already talking about trying to get this cabin again in the winter so we can use the fire pit. Great place for small group

Quick family getaway

We really enjoyed the property. The location was very convenient and private. The only complaints if I had any would be the mattress was too firm for my taste and the towels for the bathroom need updating.

Modern cottage!!

This was our second time staying in this modern cottage that is pet friendly, private, immaculate and close to area amenties. Location close to main roads yet secluded and private. Our family of 4 had plenty of room and privacy. We enjoyed the outdoor space, comfortable beds, kitchen fully stocked with everything needed and onsite laundry. Unit updated and stylish just as described. Photos accurately depict the property. Host was very responsive. We hope to return again soon.

Beware of dark parking

We had buy a flashlight to walk from car to house parking not lighted. No drawers in bedrooms, used a chair as shelf. We had to clean the parking area as it was very slippery due to lots of leaves & pods rotting. Contacted owner, he informed us the driveway was cleaned once month. First experience with rental property, prefer hotel.

Precious Cabin

My parents and I along with my 3 sons stayed at this cabin and it was absolutely perfect! It is so clean and stylish and well appointed. It had everything we needed. It is right off the main parkway in Pigeon Forge (wonderful location) but was so quiet. The front porch was so comfortable and nice to watch the fireflies. Beds were comfortable too! We will definitely stay here again!

Cozy gem

Stayed here for 4 days as our daughter got married nearby. Perfect for my husband and I. Smooth process for check in and out. Very comfortable beds and cozy feel throughout and updated! Love that the owners provided coffee and creamer as we did not have time to grocery shop. Close to everything! Do not hesitate to book with Dennis!!

The always iconic Dollywood is four miles north, and the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park - a wonderland for those looking to hike, fish, take scenic drives, and observe wildlife - is eight miles south.
