Step back into time in this uniquely Mid-Century Modern designed and decorated 2-bedroom "garden level" apartment central to everything in and outside of Denver. The apartment has it's own separate entrance, lots of natural light and plenty of room to sleep, relax and cook while you plan your next Colorado outing. Minutes away from Empower Field at Mile High Stadium, Downtown Denver with Coors Field, Elitch Gardens, Union Station, Ball Arena and the Convention Center, and just a short drive to Boulder, Colorado Springs and all of the nearby mountain towns. Don't wait to start your next adventure...come enjoy 300 days of Colorado sunshine! Also, for a little nostalgia and fun, there's a vintage looking record player in the living room. Feel free to bring your favorite vinyl record or make use of the records I provide.
*As stated in my profile, we live above the apartment, so when we are here, we will be available to assist in any way that we can. Also, we do have a sweet Goldendoodle named "Mojo" who is very friendly with everyone he meets.

The VRBO was very nice and clean - important things to me are king bed and shower of which both were excellant. Above that Christy supplied the VRBO with absolutely everything (and more) that you would need to be comfortable.

We absolutely loved the location quick to get everywhere we needed to go. I really appreciated being able to cook for my son so he had food he liked and saved some money on our trip. And I enjoyed having access to laundry as well so I could pack lighter and rewear clothing for hiking. Would stay again in the opportunity arises!

Christy was an amazing host! The property was in the perfect location for the Denver Aquarium and Children’s Museum. There was everything we needed from extra pillows, towels, blankets, dishes and even a washer and dryer. Being in the lower unit it was quiet. The living room was perfect for our family to hangout and the games provided were perfect for the pass time.

It was just what we needed! Everything was clean and there were plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and silverware in the kitchen. The host way very easy to communicate with and responded quickly when we needed anything!

Great spot!

Located close to downtown, we were able to get everywhere we needed to go quickly and easily. Perfect spot with just what we needed.

Great location!

Place was conveniently located to dining and downtown. Very nicely decorated and comfortable living for me and my friends. Host was very helpful and gave great recommendations. Will definitely stay here again when in Denver!

Great Place

We had a Great Stay. The place was clean and comfortable. We were out and about mostly of our trip, but it was easy access and had everything we needed. The host was on top of everything and made sure we were always taken care of. We would definitely stay again.

Nice middle point if visiting Colorado Springs and Fort Collins

Clean, easy to access rental. Everything we needed was in a rental and Christy checked in to make sure we were all set.

Great location, great host

This place is clean and cozy with super comfortable beds. The location is awesome, easy access to downtown, freeways, etc. lots of food nearby. We recommend the quesabirria tacos at Tarascos, excellent! The host was awesome, polite, accurate, and super responsive. Overall, outstanding.

3 adults were very comfortable, the apartment is exactly as described. Very quiet and close many local restaurants, stores, and entertainment venues. I would stay here again.

Amazing Host/Cozy stay

Christy the host was incredibly sweet, helpful, and communicative from the beginning of the process to the end! The house was very clean, cozy and comfortable. Location is close to many things in every direction. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would come back again!

Graduation Day

Awesome place to stay. Came to town for a University of Denver graduation. Location was close to the university and downtown area. Very clean and comfortable. Host was very accommodating.

Comfortable Rooms - Conscientious Host

Abundance of comfort and amenities, great communication from host. Neighborhood was perfect for the simple reason we were visiting family literally around the corner. Would recommend 10/10.

My name is Christy, and we moved to Denver from Florida about 12 years ago. Once we got here, we never looked back! We truly love everything that this city has to offer from downtown adventures to paddle boarding, hiking, camping, snowboarding, sports and the live music scene. We are rarely home, but when we are, we take advantage of all the fun things Denver and the mountains have to offer. We live above the apartment, so when we are here, we will be available to assist in any way that we can. Also, we do have a sweet Goldendoodle named "Mojo" who is very friendly with everyone he meets. I am also a real estate agent, so if you are considering a move to Colorado, I'd be happy to answer questions about the market or neighborhoods in Metro Denver or surrounding areas.

We love where we live because we are so close to all the things we love to do the most. If you want to be central and have access to the easiest route to the mountains or you just want to hop on over to Red Rocks Amphitheater, downtown Denver or the football stadium, it's all within a 15 minute drive. Not to mention, the easy access to 6th Ave, I-25 and I-70 within minutes from the apartment.
