This beautifully remodeled guest house in located in the trendy Baker neighborhood. With a king size bed and high end amenities, you'll be sure to enjoy your time in the house. When out on the town, you'll be in walking distance to some of Denver's best night great bars and restaurants. Downtown Denver and all if it's activities is a quick 5 minute Uber ride away!

Baker is one of Denver's most active neighborhoods. Perfectly located with easy access to Denver's highway system (quick drive to the mountains) and downtown Denver.

Bed configuration: Main - King, Livingroom - Queen size pullout sofa.

We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.

Please not this property does not have central AC but it does have mini split units that keep the place cool in the summer and provides heat in the winter.

Enjoyed the stay. Felt very at home and everything was new. Bed was comfortable and the apartment cooled down quickly after turning the A/C on. Also, very convenient for walking to restaurants or to get groceries. Would definitely stay here again.

I was visiting family in Denver so didn’t spend much time in the apartment, but the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was modern and clean. I also appreciated the coffee! I would definitely book again.

Denver visit

Had a great stay in Denver in the Newly Built Guest House. It's near our family so we've stayed here 3 times now! It works out well. Thanks for sharing your space!

Perfect Little Stay

Clean, bright, and adorable little guest house in Denver’s Baker neighborhood. The vaulted ceilings and skylights made it feel bigger than it is, and the whole place had a chill, private vibe. Check-in was seamless, so we never saw the hosts—though they were super helpful and responsive. We visited in July during a heatwave, and the AC worked like a charm. The full washer and dryer came in handy, and even though there’s a plethora of cute restaurants and bars nearby, the kitchen had everything we needed when we felt like cooking for ourselves. Great spot all around.

They need to do a little touch up paint here and there and replace the island as its unstable and creaky but otherwise a great place. Nice quiet neighborhood while still being centrally located

Cool neighborhood

We are a couple in our 60's. We were able to walk to coffee shops and restaurant/bars, plus we were within a 20 minute walk of the train stop. Uber/Lyft were readily available, and everything we needed was within a short drive. VRBO is a little deceiving, because you enter through an alley, but it's a very comfortable, quiet 1-BR bungalow. Enjoyed our time in Denver!

Beautiful Space in a Great Neighborhood

Amazing Location and Fantastic Property

Stayed with some family to experience South Broadway. This apartment was the perfect size, was in a great location, and was immaculate. Would stay here again in a heart beat and can't recommend it enough. Seems like the owners take really great care of the space and it shows.

Exactly as described and very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Easy street parking and easy private entry. Worked out perfectly for us.

Fantastic in every aspect!

Very clean, bright, cozy but spacious and had everything we needed! Parking seemed like it was going to be iffy, but we always found a place really close to the house. The location was great and we would stay there again!

Nice suite with all you need in a great area! Lots do within walking distance and cheap to Uber to any major Denver destination.

Great experience!

This unit is just as advertised, clean and cozy. The sky lights let in such great natural light and don't impact me in the morning since I try to be up before the sun anyways. For those looking to sleep in, just pack an eye mask! The owners are very friendly and the location is great if you're looking for walking distance to some of Denver's greatest spots while also being safely tucked away into a neighborhood.

Great Denver stay

Great property! Very clean and modern. Heat /AC were controlled via remote controls and took a bit to figure out. Same with the window shades. Otherwise very happy with out stay.

Reviewer Comments: very beautiful place, most surfaces were spotless, minus some marks on the walls (i was worried we could be blamed for it) pretty and comfortable bathroom and bedroom, and a good lock/camera system to feel a little safer. The vaulted ceilings made it feel sooooo big! the cabinetry and counters were gorgeous.

Lovely, modern, and spotless apartment in the Baker neighborhood of Denver

Visiting our two adult daughters in Denver, we needed a place that was close to both of them, and this peaceful accommodation was perfect! Being above the owner’s garage behind their back yard worried me, in terms of privacy, but our entrance was from the alley, and we never felt like we were bothering the homeowners or they us. All in all, it was a perfect solution to our needs, and I would not change a thing!
