Welcome to our cozy cabin in the woods! Nestled on a 2 acre property amongst tall trees and surrounded by nature, this rustic yet comfortable cabin offers a serene getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life.

The cabin features a spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for snuggling up on chilly evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare meals, and there is a dining area where you can enjoy your meals while taking in the beautiful forest views.

The cabin has Starlink Wifi, so you can enjoy high speed internet and stream your favorite movies or get some work done on your laptop while enjoying the sounds of nature.

There are four bedrooms, each with a comfortable bed and plenty of closet space. Both bathrooms feature a shower, and we provide all the linens and towels you'll need during your stay.

Outside, there is a large deck where you can relax and soak up the sun, as well as a BBQ grill for cooking up some delicious meals. You'll also have access to a fire pit, perfect for roasting marshmallows and sharing stories with friends and family.

There is also a private hot tub in the back yard thats perfect for unwinding after a long day exploring.

We're located just a short drive from several hiking trails and outdoor activities, so you can easily explore the natural beauty of the area. And if you're looking for a little more excitement, the nearby town offers plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

Please note there is a none recording video doorbell present on the front door, just incase you have any issues checking in or any issues at all due to the low cell phone service on the property.

Great location, quiet and relaxing!

Loved the location, cabin had all the needed amenities. Bedrooms were cozy and comfy! Host was very helpful and answered all our questions quickly! We loved it, hoping to visit again!

Beautiful place!

Very beautiful home had everything we needed! Close to cripple creek where we road the train! Hot tub definitely needs to be hotter but other then that not a single issue and the host responded quickly any time I reached out!

Relaxing stay

Our stay at the cabin was nice and relaxing. It's located in a quiet area. The front porch is a nice place to sit and read. The family enjoyed sitting on the back porch and hopping into the hot tub. The fire pit was nice to use when the night time temps dipped. When reaching out to Kirill with questions / concerns, I received prompt responses.

Quiet cabin in the woods.45 min to local attractions- white water rafting, Garden of the Gods, Pike's Peak Cog Railway. Would recommend!

Great experience

We traveled from Missouri and had some other family that met us from California. It was a family trip. The location was perfect. The house was clean and the customer service was great. We really enjoyed our trip. The weather was perfect and the scenery was beautiful. We would definitley book the same house again.

This location was great, central between Cripple Creek and Woodland Park.

The cabin was wonderful. There was a hot tub right off the back deck. The back part of the property was great for sledding after the snow fell the night before. The cabin itself was clean and well equipped with everything needed for a weekend stay. The cabin owners always responded quickly to emails. A wonderful family weekend!

Wouldn’t suggest this spot

First they have a ring camera that’s not in the description of the property and according to VRBO they have to, so didn’t like that. My family and I wouldn’t have picked a place with a camera. We walk in and it looks nice but we do a normal walk thru and find it’s not clean. Downstairs is someone else’s shirt in one of the bedrooms. Downstairs bathroom had hair all around sink and in the bathtub, not sure how long that was around. The upstairs bathroom had towels on the floor dirty. The kitchen had bugs on floor by the dishwasher and didn’t look like anyone cleaned the kitchen floors or living room floors. We didn’t have dishwasher soap and they didn’t have trash bags. We had to drive out of our way on vacation to get supplies for a “vacation” rental. I would suggest bringing your own water because the filter water takes about an hour to fill up a bottle. This is a big concern when you have kids. The hosts were very nice when contacting them before we got to the place but when I contacted them about some of the things they just shrugged it off and blamed it on the cleaning service people and the water they just said it should work. If you plan on cooking or using silverware bring your own stuff because they have very little in the house. We did have about 18 inches of snow one of the nights so that was amazing. Overall wouldn’t suggest it. The house needs a lot of work and oh yea the heater doesn’t work downstairs unless you’re in bathroom.

Comfortable

Communication with the owners was the best. They were extremely quick to reply. The beds and home were very comfortable. I would not call the kitchen well stocked (not enough drinking glasses and plates for as many people as the cabin can hold and there are very few serving bowls/plates), but you can get by if you’re planning to eat out mostly. Never ran out of hot water which is so nice when there were so many of us staying together. Overall it was a great experience!

A great place for a getaway

We came to the cabin for a fall weekend getaway and had a great time. It was perfect for two families with kids - there are two bedrooms with a bathroom on the lower level and two bedrooms with a bathroom on the upper. The cabin had all the essentials - kitchen supplies, linen and towels, extra blankets, washer and dryer, a gas grill, plenty of board games and movies. One of the kids had to take an online class, and the internet connection was very good. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck, soaking in the hot tub, playing ping pong and board games, and sitting around the fire pit in the evening.

Time for nurture and renewal

This group of women gets together 2-4 times a year for companionship and real conversation. Cooking for each other is an important part of our retreats. We were somewhat alarmed to find quite a few mouse droppings in the cupboards, drawers, and other areas of the kitchen. We let the property manager know right away. She offered to send the cleaning person back, but we declined and cleaned the kitchen thoroughly before preparing our first meal. We found the hot tub unusable due to odor and some other issues with cleanliness in the house as well, but the property met our sleeping and socializing spaces and access to nature very well, and the manager let us stay longer than the usual check out time to compensate for any inconvenience.

Deer in the backyard

The location is a little drive from town but what a beautiful drive. Deer all over. They come right through the yard. Family enjoyed the ping pong table, hot tub, and fire pit. It’s an older cabin but has lots a charm. Big front & back decks and gorgeous view of the mountains. Nice quiet neighborhood so you feel comfortable hiking around. Be sure you write the door code & wifi passwords down before you get there. You don’t have wifi until you link to the wifi and I couldn’t pull up my email to get the door code!! Thankfully we were able to contact the owner via the Ring doorbell. He was very nice and understanding. We went to Pike’s Peak - rode the Cog Railway- breathtaking!! Saw the Fossil Beds, Dinasaur Research Center, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, and tons more. We will have to go back to see the Wolf preserve and the Zoo for sure. It close to all these fun activities. All this and we still had time to watch some of the movies provided at the cabin. What a great trip!!!

Great location. Very peaceful.

Check in was very easy. The home was located in a well spaced area of homes providing privacy but not seclusion. The home was very clean and organized with all amenities we needed. We had deer and hummingbirds visit regularly and nice view of the valley and some mountains. I would not hesitate to stay again. Great vacation. Thank you.

Cabin in the woods for birthday celebration

I celebrated my birthday with some ole friends. This property is well kept and is a great place for a get away from the city. Wildlife walked by the home every night and the weather was perfect for sitting outside every evening. The owner was easy to deal with and was very communicative. Great VRBO.
