Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This 2 beds and 1 bath property is situated in the middle of everything. You can access to freeway easily. It's just 15min driving from Clearwater Beach (Award winning Beach). It's 22 min from Tampa International Airport and 28 min from St Pete Pier. Home has an enclosed patio where you can sit and look at kids playing inside the huge backyard. The home was renovated in March 2022. You would enjoy a countryside lifestyle in the city.
The space
The home is furnished with everything you & your family need, including:

2 units bedroom each with AC & Queen size bed
1 unit bathroom with toilet and standing shower,
Living room complete with Sofa, coffee table, Large screen HDTV, and ceiling fan
Fully equipped kitchen including fridge, mini coffee machine, stove & oven also dishwasher.

Okay for short stay

Very sparsely furnished. Newly remodeled. Off the beaten path in industrial/ residential area. Adequate for short term stay.

Nice place for a family stay

Check in was super easy and the house had many basic essentials. We opted to eat out, but the kitchen had everything needed to make a meal if one wanted. It was quiet and the neighborhood had some fun ducks that the kids enjoyed watching. It was centrally located so that everything we wanted was within 20-30 minutes. The only complaint was we were a little cold as we couldn't find the remotes to turn off the living room fan, however there were plenty of extra blankets for snuggling up on the futon.

Recent stay

It is a cute little house. But as soon as you walked into the home there was a weird odor, almost musty odor and it never went away. The water in the house is well water. Whenever we showered or washed our hands it smelled terrible. But unfortunately it is very common for florida homes to have well water. Other then that we were comfortable. Owner was very accommodating.

Not good enough for the money

Sparce to no amenities and supplies Many things were functioning poorly especially lighting. Dryer didn't work. Cupboards had no handles. Final straw was when owner changed passcode before check out time and I call VRBO to get back in. We nearly missed our flight. Do not rent this property! It needs simple minor improvements before it is close to acceptable for the money. 0 stars

Great Location, Limited Supplies

This was a wonderful location! Even though it is next to a school, the neighborhood was quiet. There was a large yard and a nice screened in patio with a TV. A small hiccup with check-in, as we did not get the check-in code by the 4:00 check in time and it wasn't until after a text, a phone call, and a call to VRBO customer service that we were finally able to reach the host and get into the house. It was after that interaction that we received the email with how to get in (but the door code was different than what we were told). No big deal though, we were able to get in and put the groceries away! The house was clean & just the right amount of space for the two of us. It looked very modern and nicely redone. We were able to connect to the wifi easily. When going to cook dinner we realized that there was very minimal supplies in the kitchen - no hot mitts, sheet pans, measuring cups/spoons, mixing bowls, ice trays...which made cooking pizza & making pancakes in the morning very difficult. There were also limited towels, with none in the kitchen. Although a new kitchen, the stove had an error on it constantly and the dishwasher didn't lock shut. We did contact the host about the dishwasher and they said the cleaning company would handle it. I did find the plates in the cabinet were dirty & I had to wash them before use. The "bowls" were also more like plates with a small lip. Overall, we had a great trip & would stay there again, bringing a few more supplies next time.

Excellent

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and perfect for the four of us. Communication with the property manager went smoothly. Check-in was a breeze. It was convenient to stores and attractions. We had no problems.
