Home Details: Perfect for one or two couples or up to a family of five, this cottage has a living room with flat screen HDTV/Blue Ray, wood burning stove, dining area for five, internet service, fully equipped and newly renovated stainless kitchen, granite countertops, and Italian gas stove! A downstairs guestroom with bunk bed (a double on the bottom and single on the top), and a bath with a shower only complete the main level. The private loft master bedroom offers a queen bed and half bath. All rooms offer Flat screen TVs throughout. The front porch has a swing with inviting Adirondack chairs for relaxation.

Bedroom 1: Bunk bed (full on bottom / twin on top). Full bath (shower only) and washer/drayer
2nd floor-
Bedroom 2: Queen bedroom loft / private half bath

**There is an additional cost to use the 3 pools and fitness center in Seaside. This charge is optional with Sandpiper Vacation Rentals. The cost for this cottage is $56/day. Please alert us after booking should you wish to add the "Seaside Amenity Passes" to your reservation. Seaside requires the passes to be purchased for the entirety of your stay when ordered.
*Additional fees are required to reserve Pickleball and Tennis courts paid directly to the Seaside amenity Center.
