I had a wonderful stay at this studio unit! The space was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was ideal — just 10 minutes from La Salle University — making it super convenient for my trip. The neighborhood felt safe and pleasant, with easy access to shops and dining. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

It is a very cozy, clean space and very convenient to Chestnut Hill where I was visiting my friend! I will definitely return here if it is available, and if there are more people staying with me, I would also love to stay in the two bedroom upstairs!! Thanks so much for everything Rae!!

Nice studio. Has pretty much everything we needed. Great for 12 ppl. Street parking is easy to find. Food option is plenty. H-Mart nearby and a bunch of Korean restaurants.

Perfect place for a short stay, has everything you need! The only con is the unit is not well insulated so you hear every person/car outside walking by and the unit upstairs. Otherwise had a great stay!

My stay was wonderful! It was very cozy, clean and a wonderful atmosphere! I would definitely love to book my next stay there again! The host was very nice and easy to communicate with.

This was the best stay I have ever had with a VRBO. It was just perfect . It was clean stylish and everything I could have needed was there. Home away from home. The Hostess an d the owner of the property was very attentive, friendly and very welcoming and accommodating. Area it is in was near every thing I needed.

Great place in a great location for us—daughter on Mount Airy. Very comfortable with easy access and decent street parking, too. Will look for the same place net trip to Philly!

Very questionable area. The shower valve was backwards and flooded the floor every time we used it. The toilet seat was children sized. If we could have found another place close we would have left. The main door lock looked poorly installed. Would never recommend this rental to anyone.

Our stay at the Perfect Studio was indeed perfect for my son and I. He requested Philadelphia as our vacation together this year, and I started searching for VRBO’s a few months out from the date I planned. This property popped up, and seemed like the best fit for our specific needs. So happy it has a nice kitchenette space for preparing meals, a little table for eating, the living room space with the tv, and the little bathroom. It was the perfect place to come home to after long days in Philadelphia exploring the city. I liked that it was far enough away from the city that there wasn’t a ton of immediate traffic, and navigation to get to the city wasn’t too bad (plan it to take 30-40 minutes each time). A/C worked great and kept up even on the most brutal hot days of our stay. I appreciate that there weren’t too many steps up into the studio for transporting luggage, groceries, etc. Huge refrigerator that came in very handy. My only addition I would add would be baking sheets as we couldn’t use the oven due to not having anything to bake on. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again, and I highly recommend this property. The host was always just a message away and very prompt with returning answers to my questions. Thank you perfect studio for playing a part in the perfect stay and perfect vacation in Philly!

Nice apartment.

Nice apartment, and would be great for a longer stay than I needed. Best water pressure of any shower I've used in any hotel or B and B

Peaceful retreat in a busy city.

Every comfort of home with all the extras needed to make your stay the best! I loved it so much I booked another month! Rae was an awesome host and was very responsive to every inquiry.
