This one bedroom is the perfect place for a visit to Philadelphia. Just steps away from the bustling 2nd Street with an array of restaurants, bars, and popular shops. Quick easy access to Girard Subway Station and buses that can take you to parts of Philadelphia. Don't forget to check if your favorite music artist is playing at The Fillmore located a quick walk away.

The space
Our guests will have the comforts of a large guest bedroom featuring a private entrance to and from the street and private ensuite bathroom. There are no shared spaces - guests will enjoy the freedom of having an entire room without encountering others.

The hosts will be conveniently next door in case of any questions.

As the entrance is completely separate, guests will have a completely private space with access to a queen bed, private bathroom, microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge

Great accommodations

Really quaint location, comfortable bed, easy check in and check out process, everything was fantastic for a weekend trip to philly. Highly recommend this vrbo for those who are traveling solo and want to be in a really fun neigbborhood.

Great stay!

Perfect stay for one night in Philly when my boyfriend and I were in town for a wedding. Room and bathroom were very clean and had everything we needed. Water brita in the fridge was a huge plus. Felt very private. Would stay again!

Perfect for the Fillmore

My wife and I loved everything about this comfortable little nook that was perfectly situated for stumbling back to after attending a performance at the Fillmore. It was exactly as advertised, warm and welcoming with unexpected amenities that really made us feel at home for the night. We fully intend to stay here again!

Excellent Stay!

Property was clean, quiet, and looked exactly as advertised. Host was super responsive and left very detailed information about the property and the surrounding area. Very helpful. Loved the space and the neighborhood. Hope to stay again soon

Short Philly Weekend

We were only in Philly for one night and this place was perfect. It was very clean, nicely decorated and great location. The hosts were great at responding to any questions we had prior and while there. We will definitely stay here again when visiting.

Visited for a late night concert. The Venue was an easy 10 min walk. There was also a great coffee house “One Shots” very close by and Kaplan’s bakery. 5/5.

Great, short trip

Great location, ample space! I really enjoyed the cold water in the filter they put in the fridge. I thought the bathroom floor could have been cleaner, but overall excellent place. The location is amazing!!

Great Location

The stay was wonderful room was exactly as expected, had zero issues and it was perfect for being able to easily get to a show at The Foundry/Fillamore! Also the walk to the Liberty Bell and Liberty house wasn’t too bad either if you are an able walker.

Perfect location

This property is conveniently located for all sorts of activities...dining, bars, shopping etc. Very very clean and surprisingly quiet. Highly recommend

Short and Sweet Stay

Although it may be little small for some people, this one room place was among the cleanest and best kept we've seen on Vrbo. The check-in and check-out process was easy, and the parking was surprisingly convenient. It's the perfect location to set up a home base during a short stay in the city, with a lot of great things to do and all in walking distance. Grateful to have had the chance to drop in!

Great location! Lots of fun things around.

The stay was overall great! Our only complaint would be the temperature. The only way to control it was a space heater which made us bounce between too cold and too hot, but other than that it was a perfect stay!

Spacious Clean Accomodations

The rental was nicely furnished and very spacious. It was clean and comfortable. There was free parking conveniently located and easy to find one block away.
