Park like setting in the heart of the city. Home in the hip Germantown neighborhood on a half acre. Recently updated bedroom with memory foam mattress and smart flat screen TVs. Full kitchen, great grilling and outdoor hangout, cozy living room with attached bar and dining space. Convenient off street parking. Close to the airport, downtown, Churchill Downs, Bardstown Rd, Convention Center, Fairgrounds, University of Louisville - Cardinal stadium, Yum Center.

Germantown is a historic suburb of Louisville. The area features many different shops, pubs and restaurants, all while being a safe and relatively quiet space.

Weekend in Louisville, Ky

Property was easy to get to. Was nice and clean. Pictures represented property well. Restaurants near by. Would use again. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Amazing Location

Wesley was a very responsive and accommodating host. The location in Germantown was amazing. Easy access to everything-less than 20 minutes to the zoo, the science center, and downtown. There are several shops and restaurants in the area as well as a good grocery store. The unit was nice—cute furniture, plenty of space to sleep, fully stocked kitchen, comfy linens and nice towels. If we return to Louisville, we will stay here again!

Great stay

It was a great stay and safe location. The host was very accommodating. The only complaint we had was that we were able to hear the people walking above us throughout the night which made it difficult to sleep sometimes. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thanks for the great stay and we would stay again!

Great property

Make sure VRBO sends you the proper check in codes and instructions. The property is very nice and we enjoyed our stay, but it was a little hard to find the street number. The property manager was reachable and took care of everything! Fun location and we will book again!

Friendly host & perfect for a short weekend getaway

It was a smooth stay with no issues, although the host would’ve tackled any problem we could’ve had. Friendly host and worked for what we needed it for.

Perfect for what we needed

Very clean, well-equipped, and cozy unit. Easy parking, great location. Wes was super-responsive. For some reason VRBO's automatic messages with info about check-in and check-out weren't sending so he was super flexible about timing and anything else we needed, and responded to messages asking about things very fast. Very kind and generous. For the future might suggest having a list of nearby restaurants, stores, etc., in the unit somewhere (easy to find online obviously, but it's always nice to have a printed reference). Would definitely stay here next time we come to town.
