I’ve never encountered a better host! She responded to every message right away and was very accommodating! The house and yard were tastefully decorated, clean and everything we were looking for. Quiet neighborhood with groceries and restaurants within walking distance. If I have another chance to get to Las Vegas, this will be the house I’ll look for!

We just spent a whole week here. This property was perfect for what we needed. We had two families and wanted a good home base where we could spend our down time. The house was the perfect size. We enjoyed using the pool and having the ability to cook dinners together. The location was great and it would take only about 20-30 minutes to get to the action. There are plenty of store close by including Aldi, Sam’s and Walmart. I even got my exercise each morning walking through the neighborhoods. I would highly recommend this property for anyone who wants somewhere quiet to rest before hitting the action again.

Perfect stay!

This was the perfect stay for our work trip. Everyone had their own private space and the common areas were very spacious. Great neighborhood and it was close to lots of restaurants.

Our host was absolutely above and beyond every step of the way. The location was perfect on a quiet street corner and located so close to everything in town. The house was so clean and big. I loved this rental so much!

My girlfriends and I had a fabulous stay at this property! The interior of this property is decorated well and is exceptional clean. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It’s a short walk to a nice grocery store. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time in the backyard and pool. We spent time having Las Vegas experiences but were grateful to return to this lovely home each day. Having 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was fantastic! Communicating with the host before and during our stay was extraordinary. She promptly responded to all inquiries I had and was extremely helpful! My friends and I highly recommend this vacation rental!

As always great place to stay!

Second time staying at this house when in Vegas. Very clean. Host answers quick for anything we needed during our stay. Host is also very accommodating. Will likely be staying here again next year!

Family Reunion

Lovely home that is close to everything. We had a wonderful family reunion and were able to spend time with each other without having to be in a casino or hotel room. I highly recommend this home for your stay!

Great place for a group

I stayed here with 8 other people. The property was perfect for our group. The house is well maintained and the neighborhood is quiet. Rosanna was a great host and very quick to respond to any questions.

Family gathering place!!

We had a wedding off the strip and used this location for a gathering of many out of town guests. It was perfect, spacious, clean and just what we needed! The communication was quick and flexible. We highly recommend this location in the Las Vegas options!

Great place with an even better host

This was a perfect home away from home for me and my friends. Rosanna was the best host we ever could have asked for, extremely responsive and accommodating!! She went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful, and that’s exactly what it was. Check in was seamless and the property itself is fantastic. In a great neighborhood and close to the strip and Fremont. Will not hesitate to book again!

We loved our stay!

The house was perfect for our group of 8! Very Clean! Location was wonderful, corner lot on a quiet street and a grocery store around the corner. Rosanna was a great host and was quick to respond to our questions! We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub! We will definitely be back! Thanks again!

Nice. Pool was great. House very clean. Could use a few bath cloths and an extra blanket or 2 for large groups but not a big deal. We had a great time.
