Cozy cabin features 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full laundry, large open living room, dining & kitchen area. Large bar that offers seating for 6. The covered front porch offers views of 2 beautiful stocked ponds. Covered back deck overlooks an inground private swiming pool. Catch & release fishing is available in the two stocked ponds on the property. This home has room for a large family vacation while offering privacy that would be perfect for a romantic getaway.
This property offers private country settings while still conveniently located within 35 minutes from Johnson City or Kingsport, 45 minutes from Sevierville and less than an hour from Knoxville.
**Note: this property does have a working farm on site. There is cattle in the fenced area and they are fed daily in the evenings. Electric fencing is used around the parameter of the pasture, please use caution.

A fabulous place. The house is so well stocked with kitchen utensils, they had a huge snack basket. Coffee, is all you need is your clothes. The pool and deck is amazing. Very safe and quiet. Niki and sam are the nicest people you can meet

This is a beautiful large log cabin/House the host goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. It has all the amenities already there you could truly just pack your clothes and come and stay me and my family has stayed here twice and hope to get to come back again the fishing ponds and the pool is a plus truly enjoyed her stay even with all of the rain this year. We had a good time. The gift basket of goodies are a wonderful treat.

The home is as described. Host was attentive before and during our stay. Bring your own things, but if you happened to have forgotten something, chances are there is one there for you. The pond was a huge hit for the young boys. Pool enjoyed by all.

My family and I enjoyed this property so very much, inside and out! It's off the beaten path, which is good, and the owner has the home VERY WELL stocked with toiletries, coffee, even snacks. Just in case you forgot something and don't want to go back out. Really nice!

Great stay with lots to do.
Cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Our kids loved the pool and fishing. Will definitely be back again.

We had a great stay. The house is clean and well stocked. It's nice to have the pool.

Lovely place to stay
We really enjoyed our stay... it was beautiful and clean although a little pricey.

Great Place
We loved the house & all the personal touches it had! We felt very welcome and the hosts were super helpful. Definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Beautiful country cabin with tons of room for our entire family. Thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Very friendly hosts who were easy to communicate with.

This cabin was our personal home until March of 2022. We bought a new property and built our dream home and planned to sell this property. We actually had this cabin under contract and decided we just could not let it go. There was close family connections to this property and we could not bear selling it. That's when we decided to share our home and let others enjoy our property as much as we have. We love hearing our guests tell us all about their great moments while staying here. We hope to be able to share our home and hear about these moments for years to come!
