The room was very clean and updated. The decor fir the vibe of the farm. The host was wonderful and accommodating. The animals were a real treat!

The cabin had a beautiful setting in the rolling Hills of Tennessee. Coming from the south it felt good to breathe in the clean mountain air. I look forward to our next race to rent from them again

We loved this place. Beautiful, peaceful setting, and you get to hang out with llamas and Tom, the friendliest barn cat ever. Short drive to a good brew pub/restaurant and a quiet night w/ lots of stars. Very friendly staff--I learned a lot about llamas. We decided to stay the night b/c we have a 13-year-old who loves animals, but it was way more fun than we expected for everyone. Planning to return.

This place and the Host were awesome. Hope I can book again when I’m back in town. Everything was clean and tidy. Loved waking up and seen the Llama. My grandson loved all the animals including the barn cat. Perfect for a small family or a couple visiting from out of town. 10 out of 10!!!

This property was everything the host promised and then some. The Villa had everything we needed, the bed was supercomfortable, and the place was very clean. The location was very easy to get to. We loved waking up to the llamas and Coco outside our door. I would highly recommend this property. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

Such a cute place! Very tastefully decorated, clean, and comfortable! The llamas were definitely a treat. The caretaker let us pet and feed the llamas… they had been freshly clipped and were stunning… so fun to watch! We were a little surprised that the king bed was in the living/kitchen area, but the bed was so comfy and the bunk beds were so cool! Most Beautiful sunset!!! We loved our stay… wish it could’ve been longer. Thank you!

Our stay was wonderful. The views out of every window were spectacular. There were lamas to the left, sheep and lamas to the right, and lamas and donkeys in the back. I got some great photos of llamas with the mountains in the background. The cabin is very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I even got the chance to walk a llama! We live nearby and stayed here while work was being done on our own cabin. It was the perfect place to stay.

What a great place to stay! So relaxing and so quiet and peaceful. The cabin was clean and really cozy. It had everything we needed. Dan is great. It was fun to watch him take care of the Llamas. He was so friendly and so nice to talk to. And we can’t forget the cats! Mikey and Storm were adorable and it was so much fun to sit outside on the patio and watch them play. We will definitely go back, and our son and his family will stay there again as well. I miss it already!

The owner feeds the llamas near the property, so we got to see (and pet) them up close. The owner gave us some llama treats so we could feed them, too. The donkeys, cat, and kitten were very friendly. My teenage daughters loved the animals! I had booked the wrong dates on VRBO, but the owner accommodated the date correction and made the change pain-free. Thank you!!!

The host was kind and thoughtful. Because of the big snowstorm, we had to extend our stay while our house was being finished. No problems! We had a lovely stay! I loved waking up to Cocoa Puff grazing right outside our door. I enjoyed watching the other llamas munching their hay twice a day outside the window. Beautiful views. I want to return when the weather is warm and we can explore the property and watch the llamas outside on the spacious deck.
