The room was stunning—clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with large windows and a balcony that opened up to a panoramic view of the ocean. Waking up each morning to the sound of waves and the sight of the sunrise over the water was truly magical. This was the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and take in the beauty of the ocean, enjoy the pools and hot tubs and lazy river. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a serene and luxurious escape—we can’t wait to come back!

Great get away for a friend and myself!

My friend found some cheap flights to Fla, so we shopped around for a hotel on the beach. This was perfect! Great views, clean, friendly...lots to do. We took advantage of the outdoor hot tub every day! Nice!

Great location, family friendly getaway

We had 4 kids ranging from age 3 to 9 and there was something for everyone to do and all 8 of us had a blast. Great location, so much to do around, friendly staff. When you check in they will try to get you to listen to a time share spiel and as timeshares are, she was a little pushy but after check in we didn’t hear anything else about it. We will definitely be back to this property.

The pool was closed half the time, I get it the weather wasn't exactly the best. However the Jacuzzi bathtub did not work, and the door leading to balcony wasn't with right. The room itself was very nice though and the beds were comfy and clean. Also getting a carry for our luggage was impossible to get.

Sisters Bonding Time

Needed a getaway and time with my sister. I booked this resort unsure of what to expect. The ease of check in was great. The staff was very friendly and professional. All of our needs were anticipated! Tue beds were beyond comfortable! And the location was definitely prime! I will definitely stay again!!

Communication

We struggled with having hot water for 2 days and the property in had one main way of communication which was a through text. No one ever answered when we called the desk. The staff members that we did interact with were friendly. The facility did have a lot of things to do.

Frustrating

We were set to return to Wyndham Ocean Walk. We love this resort. We booked this room with host and they did not submit our information to Wyndham. Therefore, there was no record of our reservation. We tried for hours to contact the host. No answer and no response. We contacted Vrbo. They hung up on us and refused to give us our money back. We had to scramble to find a new room. So maybe this room is beautiful, we don’t know because we didn’t get in. And had to eat all of our money.

Huge room, very functional

Stayed with my husband and kids (13,10,7). We loved the size of the room, it was huge and had everything we needed. We received a partial oceanview room on the 13th floor, with views of the ocean and city. Check in was easy at the front desk in the north tower. I had to go receive wristbands and listen to a guy trying to get me to go to a 1 hour tour, which i had to refuse 4 times before he dropped it. That took around 8 minutes. We used the pool area one day, which was great, but busy! People were saving spots as early as 8 AM, which limited space where we could sit. We had one lounge chair for all 5 of us. The lazy river and water slide pool are not heated and were very cold, but the kids still used them. Kids area and main pool were heated. There was acess to the beach from the pool area. The sun did dissapear behind the highrises around 1 PM, which left the pool area in the shade, which i hadn't thought about, but was obviously not anyones fault. There is an arcade area on the 4th floor which my kids enjoyed. Overall, we had a great time and were very impressed with the resort and the cleanliness.

Great stay! The kids had the best time, resort pool and amenities were fantastic. Easy booking, good communication, clean room…hit every mark we were looking for.
