Absolutely perfect!

I can’t say enough about our fabulous stay at the Guest House. It completely exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have been happier. The house was spotless and was stocked with everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable. Ryan was a fabulous host and had excellent communication. The house was located in a very cute area of Mt Pleasant and was an easy walk to downtown. I wish we had found the Guest House prior to our daughter’s senior year at CMU. Would highly recommend!

Perfect little place in Mt Pleasant

Visiting my daughter and her family, I enjoyed a full house for less than a hotel study. This the second time staying here and it's perfect for my needs when visiting.

Day trip

Some friends and I stayed 1 night, couldn’t have asked for much more. Ryan was very communicative and helpful. Actual property was very clean and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay!

Nice stay! Was great for my mother who uses a wheelchair. Loved the walk in shower and beautiful kitchen. Would like to see more basics in the kitchen such as a can opener, serving dishes. Owner was on site but allowed privacy. I would stay again.

Awesome!

The place is gorgeous and perfect for a small group! Plenty of living space to play games, relax, and enjoy the people you are staying with. The location is lovely and the beds are incredibly comfortable. I will definitely be back again!

Concert

We came up for the weekend to go to a concert at Soaring Eagle Casino. We had a wonderful stay! Great location, very comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great location

Everything was as described in the property details. Very nice and easy walk to down town (about 5-7 minutes); Stan’s, Max and Emily, etc. Plenty of parking too! Would highly recommend, great price too. Will be back.

Great cozy home minutes from adventures

The place was so nice they had amenities not even listed and joyful little surprises throughout the house! Even had games, books, snacks, and cards! Hosts with the most and a lovely guest and local recommendation book —that was a fun read! Minutes from everything and quiet neighborhood. So pleasant in Mt. Pleasant !

Home like feel

This was our 2nd stay here. We moved my son and his girlfriend into their apartment. She will be attending CMU this fall. The house was very clean and felt like home. Lisa & Ryan are very kind and willing to answer all and any of of queations from where the beat place was to Kayak at to what Drs and Vets to go to! They were also very quick (with in a few minutes) to respond to any messages we did have. Great experiences and look forward to visits again soon!

Great place to stay

I highly recommend this rental. The home is very clean and spacious. The host is very friendly and helpful. The host notified me about a speaker we had left at the rental, and he mailed it to us.

All around great experience

We needed a place to stay while our grandson was participating in the summer special Olympics at CMU. We searched vrbo and this house came up first on the list. The pictures and reviews were right on. Everything from the host to the house to the ease of getting around town was a great experience. We hope this place is always available anytime we come to town we would love to stay here every time. Thank you!

Amazing home

We visisted the Guest house for the weekend while we looked for an apartment for my son and his Girlfriend. The guest house was very clean and easy to access! Had to contact Ryan about the ice maker not working. He responded very quickly and he brought over a bag of ice for us to use! Ryan is very kind and helpful! We visited a few local restaurants all had great service and food and also hit up a park and went for a hike! Lots of things to do within a few mins of the guest house! We look forward to visiting again the end of July as we move our kids into their apartment that is located only a few mins from the guest house! Thank you for allowing us to stay and welcoming us back in July!

Perfect for a CMU visit!!

We came to town to catch a lacrosse game celebrate Easter with our CMU student athlete - and this was the perfect house in the perfect location! We had our other child and her fiancé with us as well. This house is spacious and conveniently located between campus, downtown, and shopping. The house is beautifully decorated and updated with plenty of amenities to make your stay an easy one. The welcome basket of treats was a big hit!! 😁 Ryan (the owner) was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions! I look forward to staying here again!

Fantastic owner and property

It was just excellent!!! The property was ideal and the owner looked after all the details and more. I would give this property a 10 out of 10. Beds were comfortable all kitchen and bathroom amenities were all included. I would highly recommend this property Thank you once again!! I look forward to my next trip back so we can rent from you again...
