Large bayfront balcony with amazing views and sunsets and another private balcony with ocean and bay views. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer, gourmet kitchen with all amenities, 2 parking spaces some covered. Building has Elevator and wheelchair ramp. This condo is on 10th st. and Bay side. Great location! You can walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, attractions, mini golf, and amusements. This condo has the best views in Ocean city! Come enjoy and relax on your vacation! Sorry....no smoking or pets allowed. This is a family rental, WE DO NOT RENT TO HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS FOR SENIOR WEEKS. You must be older than 25 to rent.

The penthouse was exactly as described, but nothing could’ve prepared me for THE VIEW! Amazing sunsets, boardwalk views, and the true bonus… sitting back and listening to the boats go by. Alex was very responsive. Would definitely return!

Great views, Owner easy to work with, Nice place plenty of space for everyone. The association needs some carts to get the stuff up to your unit....5th floor.....a lot of trips. other than that, really good.

The condo was immaculate and the views from the balcony were amazing. Parking was good; no problem finding spaces. As far as our host, you could not have asked for better. He was helpful and stayed in touch to answer any questions we may have had, as this was our first time doing this, and being in Ocean City. Our family had a wonderful time. Thank you for making our trip easy and so enjoyable.

We had an excellent stay in Ocean City. Alex was extremely easy to work with and the unit was perfect for our two family group with four kids. Pictures and descriptions were accurate and helped us figure out what we needed to pack (pack n play and high chair available in the unit was clutch! As well as a bunch of beach gear like the wagon and chairs). On-site parking was super easy and we enjoyed our beautiful views from all sides all weekend. We would recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in Ocean City!

Beautiful, clean , modern well run property. Easy parking. Quiet location with access to balcony overlooking the bay from LR and MBR. Just a few blocks to the beach & boardwalk & stores. Easy to reach host if needed. I would definitely go back if in Ocean City,MD.

Excellent experience from the start! Alex is a top-tier host - very communicative, welcoming, and responsive. We received a welcome email with detailed information for our upcoming stay. The condo building is located in one of the best spots in OCMD - easy access to the bay, the boardwalk/ocean, and West Ocean City. The building exterior was clean and very family-friendly. The condo itself was wonderful - the openness of the kitchen-, dining-, and living rooms, the spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and dining table, and full-sized washer and dryer were perfect for my large group. The beach-themed decorative touches throughout really reinforced the serenity of being bayside. But nothing prepared me for the views - one of, if not THE, best part of our stay! Very much enjoyed morning coffee and evening sunsets from the balcony overlooking the bay. The only "negative" was when our vacation ended and we had to leave! Highly recommend!

Real nice property. Short walk to the beach and using the crosswalks was essential. But less than 10 min. K Q Q FF arrangement for the rooms/beds was exactly what we needed. No one wants to sleep on a pull out couch although the large couch was super comfy.

Alex was very prompt, professional and cordial with all communication. The property has wonderful views of the bay and is located so many restaurants and attractions are walkable. The property size allowed for plenty of room for family activities and lounging.

Great place for a great get away

Everyone in our group had a great time and said their rooms were perfect. Great place to have our annual get away! Close to stores and a short walk to the boardwalk! Would definitely stay again!

My family and I had an excellent stay! Owner was very communicative throughout the whole process. Condo was very beautiful and well stocked with items to make our stay comfortable. Check in and out was easy. The view was stunning! Would stay there again.

Alex was very accommodating and kind, and communicated everything we needed to know got back to me in a timely manner with any questions I had. Our place was even more beautiful in person than in the photos! 100% recommend staying here. Will book again next time we stay!

I purchased this property because it is a modern condo, large for big families and its in the perfect location. Its far enough away from the hustle and bustle of OC and is very quiet and peaceful.....yet it is a short walk to the beach and boardwalk where all the action is. The views from every room in the condo are amazing and all have a water view...guaranteed. When we walked in for the first time we were taken back from the water views and unbelievable sunsets from the balcony. We take pride in maintaining the condo. We are constantly adding or upgrading various things based on all renter feedback. We take pride in stocking well equipped kitchen with all of the supplies needed to cook and eat with.

The condo will make you feel like home. It has comfortable furnishings and flat screen tvs in every room. It has full size washer and dryers in the unit and all of the items to cook and have large family dinners. We are the top floor end unit facing south with views all the way to Assateague Island.
