1920 Square Foot Newly constructed waterfront property located directly on the Majestic St. Lawrence River. 10 minutes from Ogdensburg, 35 Minutes from Canton or Alex Bay. One hour drive to Ottawa or the Adirondack Mountains.

Fall 2026- Furniture and outdoor patio upgrades.

Make memories enjoying "The River" while sitting on or using our 80 foot private dock for that memorable fishing trip. Feel free to use the rowboats, kayaks and or firepit while enjoying the views of the ships passing in front of you. For the winter enthusiasts, the St. Lawrence County Snowmobile trail system is directly accessible from the property. Location says it all!

The view was excellent and we enjoyed the down stairs and outdoor areas. The bedrooms were not up to par. We had to do some cleaning on our own when we arrived.

We had a wonderful stay! The house accomodates 6 people very comfortably with the 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The house is clean and well kept and the waterfront view is amazing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is absolutely Beautiful only second to the view of the St Lawrence River. The Rooms are spacious and the Beds very comfortable. Great water pressure and the dock is perfect. We would highly recommend to book your stay here.

We had a wonderful stay. Sean was quick to respond to any questions that we had before, during and after the booking process. The home is spacious and well appointed. The furnishings and beds are very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor areas, patio, firepit area both have plenty of seating. The view of the river is incredible and we spent a great deal of time outside watching the ships pass by and the abundant types of birds on and around the river. The location can't be beat, 10 minutes from Ogdensburg and 30 minutes from Alexandria Bay, both easy commutes. Thank you Sean for allowing us to spend time at your special place on the river.

Beautiful home and view. Very comfortable. Quiet location. Kids loved sledding, and the fireplace was great for warming up afterwards. Host was very responsive to the questions we had ahead of the visit.

Location was so private and view was incredible. Host was super responsive. We did take our dog and I would note they are required to be leashed because of the neighborhood pets. Overall great place to stay.

Beautiful house and tranquil view of the lake. Sean was very responsive and was able to address any concerns/ questions I had in a timely matter. Definetly would recommend staying at this property .

Wonderful Property and Amazing Views

Needed a place to stay for a family event and was looking for something with some space, views of the St. Lawrence River, and close to Ogdensburg. This place checked all the boxes and then some. Found the home to be very clean, well designed, and the property owner was very accommodating. Highly recommend this house!

Lovely weekend with family

Sean was a super helpful host. I stayed where with My husband, kids (6, 4, and 9 months) and my mom for a weekend and the property was lovely! The house was just as described in the posting and had everything we needed for the weekend. The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept so great. Thanks Sean!!

The house was updated and had everything we needed! The host was very responsive. The lake views are beautiful. The entire area is gorgeous. The fall leaves couldn't have been more beautiful! We had a lovely fire in the fire pit and a few relaxing movie nights. For those of you who are into thrifting...there are some great local options! I highly recommend this property. We hope to be back, ourselves.

Good stay for a couple of days

We stayed at this house for 2 nights to attend a wedding. The house is in a great location right on the water. Its a newer house but had several pieces of furniture that were not in the best condition. Reclining chair, table chairs and twin beds.

5 stars on all counts! Gorgeous view of St. Lawrence. Literally on the river! Comfy throughout the house. Well-provisoned kitchen. Great fire pit next to river. Private and peaceful. Owner Sean very responsive to property questions, and provided local info. Our dog enjoyed his stay, too. Far from highway, so no traffic worries with dog.

My family recently stayed at this location and it was amazing. Property was just as it was advertised in the posting. Views were gorgeous. It was a very relaxing trip and I would definitely recommend this property to other travelers.

Super cozy!

We stayed in this wonderful home while visiting our daughter at a nearby college. It was a beautiful autumn weekend and this house was just perfect! Comfortable beds, living space, kitchen well appointed and the best part was the cozy gas fireplace! It warmed the whole house! Also can’t neglect to mention the amazing location right on the river looking at Canada. Perfect place to relax after all the events going on at school. I’m sure it’s incredible in the summer too! Thanks for sharing your property Sean!
