Bears Ears Luxury Retreat

Summary:
This newly built 6 bedroom, 6 bath lodge was completed in 2021 as a Vacation Rental. The lodge measures 3700+ sq. ft and is located next to Bears Ears National Monument, 20 miles from Canyonlands National Park and a short drive to Arches National Park & Mesa Verde. The lodge is an ideal adventure basecamp for all southeast Utah has to offer.

The Space:
The property is designed with 360-degree views of some of the most scenic landscape mother nature has to offer. The lodge sits on 3-acres of private property with every amenity we could think to provide from your own private hot tub, game room and miles of hiking trails. This property is perfect for family or friend reunions and corporate retreats. A fully stocked kitchen and multiple large gathering spaces offer plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy the breathtaking views.

The lodge is designed with mostly all suites with 6 bathrooms. There is also a loft with 6 individual places and additional sofa-beds and memory foam mattresses. Your group will enjoy spacious accommodations with plenty of room for everyone and all your activities.

There is plenty of parking for multiple vehicles, trailers and ATV's. RV hookups are also available on the property. The property is ideally located 15 minutes south of Monticello and 15 minutes north of Blanding.

We truly enjoyed this property, living space was very accommodating for our group. It was nice to be away from traffic, city noise and traffic. Certainly nice to watch all of the wildlife just outside the cabin.

Beautiful location with so much privacy and seclusion. We felt fully immersed in nature with a view of the mountain ridge line and wildlife (deer and turkeys). The cabin has a well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and a great hot tub. Easy access to bears ears and Moab for hiking adventures. Highly recommend this wonderful property.

We stayed at Bears Ears as a part of a SXS trip and had 5 couples. The house was perfect- each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom and there was plenty of room for trailer parking. On top of that, the home is beautiful and tucked out of the way. The Host was also amazing to work with, they were very responsive with any questions that we had and made the whole process very easy! We’d stay here again over and over!

Very clean and cozy cabin up in the woods. Not terribly far from Monticello and perfect for big families. My only critique is the listing says there are multiple beds in each bedroom, in reality there are only mattress pads on the ground for extra beds. 10/10 would stay here again.

Amazing property and house with lots of spots to hang out, play games and relax. Lots to do for everyone from kids to adults! The property managers are very responsive and helpful.

Cabin in the woods

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bears Ears Luxury Retreat. The house is set on a remote property with amazing views. It accommodated our group of 15 and was located close to Canyonlands and Arches National Parks. We enjoyed our stay at Bears Ears.

My family made some wonderful memories! While I wouldn’t call the house luxurious, it was warm and cozy. We cooked quite a bit and were happy to find leftover spices and miscellaneous foodstuffs. A couple new pans would be nice but not necessary. The forest is beautiful! The boys loved the loft. All in all, a great stay!

Beautiful home at a beautiful location

We had a wonderful experience living in this beautiful cabin nestled between mountains, lake and greenery. Perfect stay for family, friends and kids of all age group. Our kids enjoyed the activities surrounding the place, their bunk beds, deck with beautiful view and weather. It was surprising cool place in this hot summer. Conveniently between Arches and Monument Valley! Would love to come back anytime

Beautiful cabin adventure!

Our family came together from all over the country for a reunion! We shared adventures in Moab, on Blue Mountain, in Bluff and in Blanding. This spacious, beautiful, clean, well equipped cabin was the perfect backdrop for all our fun! The scenic location is so lovely! Thank you!!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. There were 17 of us and 2 kids. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms, and plenty of space for all of us. We played games in the living room and had family dinners, never felt cramped. The house is secluded in the mountains and the wrap around deck gave us plenty of space to hang out and watch the stars at night. We loved our stay and if we are ever back in that area we would stay again!

Family Trip, first time to Utah

We enjoyed our time in Utah and this property is a great find. It’s a great mountain property with ample room for multiple households to stay together. The multiple bedrooms and bathrooms kept everyone moving on schedule for all the activities we squeezed into the week. The outdoor blackstone and large decks made meal time an enjoyable experience with the views of the pond and the mountain rim. It’s a bit of a jog to Moab but it’s worth the Mountain Views and cooler temperatures. Tyler was a great and responsive host and we hope to be back soon in the shadows of Blue Mountain.

Family vacation

One word to describe this place....Beautiful. As a family we got together for the first time in a couple of years and could not have picked a better place. Quiet, secluded, and very comfortable. The view as fantastic. The property manager was responsive to our calls and very helpful. Thanks

My family and I recently enjoyed a family vacation at the Bears Ears Luxury Retreat. Our stay was very comfortable and we found the location to be perfect for the activities that we had planned. We were easily able to travel to Moab-Arches and Canyonlands-and equally able to reach Natural Bridges and Mesa Verde for terrific one day excursions. The house itself was very clean and fully stocked with everything you may need to have a comfortable stay. The only negative was that the loft is very hot , even with the provided fans. (I should note-we visited in July and the temps were unusually warm!) All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this retreat to anyone wishing to visit the area!

Amazing Group Site!

Fantastic cabin and property. We stayed 3 nights for our annual family guys camping trip. The cabin easily accommodated 25 adults, in comfortable sleeping arrangements. The property is close to town, but far enough away to get you tucked up into the beautiful hills. The pics don't really do the property justice. The spaces are bigger than they look in the pics and the surrounding is prettier and more private than we expected. The home is well equipped as well. Just bring your personal items and food, and you're good to go!

great home base location for our exploring adventures

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cozy VRBO cabin! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The cabin was very clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed — from kitchen essentials to extra blankets and firewood.The location was serene and private, nestled among tall trees with a gorgeous view from the deck. It was the perfect retreat after days spent hiking the nearby parks.The host was incredibly responsive and kind, providing clear directions. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.We genuinely didn’t want to leave. Whether you're looking for a romantic retreat, a family getaway, or just some peaceful solitude, this cabin checks all the boxes.

Beautiful location, clean spacious home/cabin

We enjoyed our family reunion at this nice cabin. I was impressed with how clean the house was. The bed I slept in was so comfortable! The large kitchen is well stocked. The 6 full bathrooms were modern and worked well. Our only complaint was the hot tub wasn’t clean when we arrived, however that issue was resolved the next day. Additionally, all twin beds listed in the description are actually mattresses that pull out from under the beds, not actual beds. I would definitely recommend this location!

Beautiful secluded getaway

Wonderful home in a beautiful location for our multi-generation family vacation.The house was very clean and provided much entertainment for all ages, preschoolers up to grandparents.It's a beautiful location and the seclusion was exactly what we wanted, but come prepared because the small surrounding towns are limited on shopping. Also, be aware almost everything is closed on Sundays.There were a few maintenance/upkeep issues; the dishwasher and icemaker did not work while we were there and we had to change lightbulbs and batteries in many places around the house ourselves (we couldn't find the size batteries to be able to use the remotes to ceiling fans/lights in bedrooms). When we contacted the property manager about the dishwasher they were prompt in their response and had it looked at right away. Unfortunately the problem continued after the fix.Outside of a few maintenance issues, we had a great time at this peaceful property in a beautiful setting.
