Loved staying here! It was so close to a lot of thing in San Antonio and it’s was such a charming little house. The host was always so quick to respond and even left us fresh eggs and milk! I would most definitely stay here again :)

Tommy's house is adorable! I was here with my sister and two of my adult daughters for the Journey farewell concert and we made a weekend of it. The house is perfectly located within walking distance of some many restaurants, bars, shopping, the River Walk, the Alamo. Easy drive to all of our events. The house is in a lovely historic district, clean, spacious - we just loved every minute of it!

Just as advertised. It’s an old house so it’s charming but don’t expect all the modern conveniences. Mostly quiet neighborhood, close to all downtown amenities. Many good restaurants within a short walk or five minute drive. If you like grand old homes don’t skip a slow drive down King William Street just a few blocks away.

Lots of room in this home and so close to lots of things to do and see. Had a great time with family. The off street parking was great and Tommy was responsive to everything we needed.

The house lovely we thought. It is historic with the big windows. The house was very clean and very fully stocked. The hosts were very accommodating to our specific needs for the weekend. The house was in walking distance of the Alamodome.

The kitchen was well stocked for cooking though we went out mostly to the excellent resteraunts nearby. Great location for family going to graduation @ Lackland AFB.

Our group of 7 enjoyed Tomm house The house was big enough for our group. Th location was great to walk to Riverwalk The house needs a little TLC, especially on outside. That being said if you stay in a historic home you have to expect it's little quirks. Overall the house was large enough, beds where comfortable , great time in San Antonio.

This house was perfect for our family. Great location and just as described. All bedrooms are up stairs, but the living room can close up and the sleeper sofa worked perfect for us - traveling with a broken foot.

What a darling house! It was in a great location. Close to town and all the things. There is a wonderful fried chicken place around the corner. The check in and out had clear instructions. We loved the old charm!

We had a great stay! Really enjoyed the house and neighborhood. So close to great restaurants. We didn't need anything but Host was readily available. We will gladly stay here again!

Kitchen well equipped, and plenty of staples so we coulld cook real meals. We wanted a historical house near downtown but on a quiet street, and we got it.

On one hand, there are so many great restaurants within walking distance of the house, and we love sending them business. On the other hand, we want people to have the option to save money and enjoy being in the house together.

No issues with parking at the house. Easy walk to the River Walk area and the Alamo. Restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance also.

It was a great place for my group and I to host a reunion. Short walk to the riverwalk with lots of things to do, lots of parking, and very comfortable. A/C worked great when it was kicked on. Had everything you needed.

Tommy was a wonderful host—exceptionally kind and quick to respond. The house itself is beautiful and perfectly located, within easy walking distance of the River Walk and the Alamo.
