The space
Our modern 1620 sq. ft. 3 bedroom/ 2 bath home is the perfect getaway for your group. We pride ourselves in making this home a place you’ll want to come back to when visiting Reno.

As soon as you enter you’ll see a stunning dining room with large wooden table and 6 leather chairs - perfect for family dinners or hosting friends. As you round the corner, you see an open kitchen with a large island and 4 barstools. The kitchen has modern countertops and stainless steel appliances. The vibrant living room has modern decor / furniture and a large 50” smart TV (Free Apple TV & Netflix). Each bedroom is equipped with comfortable, plush beds / bedding and plenty of closet space.

Great for Mt rose skiing

Very clean, very updated, nicely decorated. Everything works. Easy drive to Mt Rose. Lots of dining options nearby.

Awesome Property

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house! The house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood in South Reno. It was close to restaurants and the airport. Not to mention only 30 minutes to Tahoe! The house had plenty of supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags! The kitchen was stocked with all necessities, even coffee (that was an extra nice surprise)! It was also very nice that we were able to keep the car in the garage. The owner was very responsive and available for any questions. We will definitely look to stay here when we are back in Reno!

Lovely neighborhood Beautiful house

This was the 2cd time I have rented this property recently. Sometimes you think that you just got lucky the 1st time, but everything was exactly the same. Spotless, comfortable and quiet. I'm sure this will be my only choice (if available) when I stay in Reno.

Outstanding!

This is one of the best rentals I have stayed at. And I’ve stayed at a lot! The house was spotless, and extremely comfortable. Beautiful neighborhood, and a perfect location for me since my family lives very close. It’s 25 minutes from the resort where I ski so I am hoping to use this same property for ski season. Many thanks to Patrick, who answered all my questions. Great host!

GREAT HOME. AMAZING NEIGHBORHOOD.

Our family was in Reno for a wrestling tournament. We stayed for 5 nights. This home was amazing. It felt just like home. The neighborhood was very family oriented, lots of kids, but VERY peaceful and quiet. The beds were comfortable, the living room was inviting, the bathrooms were lovely, and the kitchen was well stocked. We weren't in need of anything. The hosts thought of everything. Paper towels, tupperware, extra paper plates, aluminum foil, seasonings, oils for cooking, detergent, dish washing liquid, shampoo, conditioner, body wash... even coffee and cookies were left for us. Everything was well thought out. There were even hampers for the laundry. We really appreciated the garage door opener. There were early morning wrestling sessions and sometimes it would be raining. Being able to load the kids in the car through the garage was great. After 5 days, this place started to feel like home. We are grateful for the hosts. Their communication was perfect. Thank you for letting us stay in your home. I highly recommended this home to anyone who wants to feel comfortable, welcomed, and safe. God bless you!

Newer home in quiet neighborhood.

Home is exactly as advertised. Clean, welcoming and well-appointed. All necessaries provided. Large TV a big plus. Short drive to large shopping center with groceries. Centrally located for exploring Reno. Large kitchen with newer equipment. Excellent hosts.

Great Weekend in Reno

Came for Pole Vault Summit, and elated we chose not to stay at the Nugget! I ran at Damonte Ranch Park (five minutes away) and saw the mustangs interacting together and we were in close proximity to everything we wanted to do (Mt. Rose, Reno-Sparks Livestock Center) in a great area of town. My 18 year old was thrilled there were cookies in the cookie jar, and with the changing weather, I was excited to have garage access for the car. Everything was clean and easy!

Oasis in the City

This was such a great property to stay in. The neighborhood was quiet, but close to shopping and amenities. The layout of the home was great, and the hosts were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again next time we're in town.

Great Place to Stay!

This is wonderful, clean and in a beautiful area. The house has all the special touches that makes your stay perfect. Stocked with everything you need. We came in from a very delayed flight and it was great to wake up to stocked coffee and creamer! I would not hesitate to rent this house again it’s perfect! Check in and out flawless! And we were traveling with our 90 year old parent. Thanks for you r hospitality 😊

Peaceful, comfy stay in a lovely fully stocked home.

The hosts were extremely responsive and supportive! We immediately felt at home and comfortable. If we had any questions or needs, the hosts were there! The location was perfect with close access to everything and easy night walking. We felt so lucky to stay here!

Great spot

Clean and the house has a good layout for a multi generational family staying together. Has everything you need and receptive host. We needed more towels and I should have let him know but I didn’t so that’s kinda my bad. Sweet, quiet neighborhood and fairly easy to get to from all around Reno. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Home!

My family and I were in Reno to attend Graduation at UNR and we were able to stay in this beautiful home that supplied everything we needed. The home was conveniently located to Downtown Reno and the UNR. Patrick was an exceptional Host and we highly recommend this VRBO.

Wonderful weekend

We were staying at a casino resort and the smoke smell was just too much for us. We decided to rent something else and this place looked perfect. Was clean and exactly as advertised. Great part about Reno is everything is close; we even drove to South Lake Tahoe in an hour with free time. My daughter loved the neighborhood and the surrounding hills and mountains with snow, she said ‘It doesn’t feel real, it feels like we are staying in a snowglobe!’ We both enjoyed it, felt like we moved into a brand new home!

Clean Cozy Home!

We stayed here with our kids and my parents for a memorial in Reno, and this home made our trip a huge success. We were so comfortable here! The house managers were excellent at communication. Booking the stay and working out the details was a breeze. They even kindly accommodated a specific request of ours. The house was spotlessly clean, very well decorated, and the beds were comfortable. Most importantly the house didn’t have a trace of cigarette smoke smell, which is a tall order for Reno area! Also the neighborhood was silent which made for peaceful nights. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home!
