It is a great home in a quiet location. I appreciate that it conveniently located close to UNR, shopping center and the fwy. We already booked a return stay.

Lovely place, right on the Truckee River! Enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was very well overstocked with spices, which was really nice because we love to cook. Communication with Jeremy was easy, great location. Would definitely book again!

This is a wonderful property that is hidden in an artsy part of town. The furniture is tasteful and easy to keep clean. The kitchen is well-designed and well-appointed. The best part is the huge deck and the wonderful grassy area with river access. The property is across the river from Idlewyld park and Riverwalk, which is an excellent place to walk and enjoy the river.We stayed with our small pup and met the neighbors who also had small dogs. They were all wonderful and we really enjoyed our time.Jeremy is an excellent host and provides clear and concise information which was appreciated.

The property is outstanding, generous in size, and cozy, featuring thoughtfully designed rooms and a stunning interior. The fabulous kitchen is a highlight, and the remarkable deck provides a view of a large backyard shared by neighbors, along with a nearby river. The place was perfect! The decor was so tasteful and welcoming, and we had everything we needed to cook and relax in the beautiful setting by the river. We had traveled from Virginia to stay there three days before a wedding in California. It was close to everything there was to see in Reno and for groceries. Also, having two bedrooms, with two and a half baths made it very easy to host my daughter and son-in-law one of the evenings. We had no issues, but appreciated the owner checking on us to make sure we had found our way in and were comfortable. If we ever find our way back to Reno, we would book it again in a heartbeat!

Oh my word!! I love this place!! So peaceful!! So beautiful!! Host made it easy. The house was so cute. Beds were comfy!! Thanks for the heavy blanket in the closet!! I like having a blanket. . This was a taste of heaven. Thanks for sharing it!!

Very cute 2 bedroom. 2.5 bath cottage by the river. Peaceful area. Plenty of parking. All the amenities you need for your stay. Nice backyard and patio. Communication with hose was great. Always there if we needed anything.

Stayed here for a few days to celebrate several family events. The property was the perfect place for me and one other guest. Very clean, modern and comfortable. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and there is an additional bathroom. We hosted friends for dinner one evening and had everything we needed. The best part..you can walk down to the river and sit by the water or sit out on the deck and enjoy the big backyard. I would definitely stay here again.

This is our second stay at this property. Exceptionally clean and well furnished. Very spacious and functional layout. There is a wood deck at the rear with access to the large yard and the Truckee River. Very relaxing and quiet location. Easy parking. Highly recommended!

This property is quite the gem along the Truckee River. The owner did a wonderful job remodeling this unit (part of a duplex) and the photos show exactly what you will get. The interior was spotless and the kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything you need to cook. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, a full sized closet and there's a third bathroom off the kitchen. Can't rate the washer/dryer situation since we didn't use them.Wonderful rear deck and the backyard is like a green belt with huge trees lining the bank of the river. Very relaxing spot to just lounge on the deck or walk down the river and sit along the bank. Even though the unit is located in a mixed residential/commercial business area, don't let that discourage you from staying here. It was very quiet at night and we never heard any noise from the other half of the duplex. If my buddy and I return to Reno in the near future we would definitely stay here again.

Great little place in Reno near UNR. Clean, upkeep very good and location is nice. Only issue for us was the host, Jeremy. Our rental was just after the peak of the Hawk Fire. We asked Jeremy 5 days before our trip if we could reschedule our reservation due to our concerns about the fire. Jeremy insisted that the Hawk Fire was "fake news" and that we should not believe the "mainstream media". We disagreed with Jeremy since our daughter was instructed to pack a go-bag in case UNR was evacuated and she could actually see flames from her dorm window. We wanted to stay somewhere further from the fire line on this trip after we watched the severity of the fire on the news. Jeremy was not having it and became combative even though we assured him we would be traveling to Reno often over the next four years. Would have rented again if things had gone differently and Jeremy could be taken out of the equation, but we will now not. It's unfortunate that things went the way they did. Be very careful before you lock in this rental because the host has very little flexibility and communication can become hostile in a heartbeat.

We travel into Reno for a swim meet in the fall and stayed at this property before. This year we specifically looked for this property’s availability as it is in a quiet neighborhood. The host has good communication throughout the booking, checking-in and checking-out process.
