Newly-Renovated Historic Home in Downtown Breck + Ski Shuttle - Noble House
Welcome to the beautiful Noble House, located in the bustling historic downtown Breckenridge, within walking distance to trendy shops, restaurants, and the free skier shuttle. This newly renovated 4-bedroom charmer is modern and tasteful with a stylish interior design, unique architectural accents, and a welcoming vibe.
On the main level, plenty of natural light fills the open floor plan with its vaulted wood plank and exposed beam ceilings, a large stone gas fireplace, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and plenty of comfortable seating. A chef’s kitchen has all the upgrades, custom cabinetry, and plenty of space to prepare meals, including a center island with seating for six. There is additional seating for four in the living room at an extendable table.
Access an outdoor area to enjoy the use of a gas grill and stone patio area with seating and a wood pellet patio heater to enjoy an evening outside in warmer months. Please note, there is not a hot tub available for guests staying at Noble House.
Also on the main level is a powder room and a chic king ensuite room with a sitting area and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
A natural barn wood wall makes a unique mountain house accent leading to the downstairs. A family room on the lower level enjoys its own kitchenette with a refrigerator, sink, microwave, and coffee station. Comfortable couches invite family gatherings for game night or a movie on the large wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Kids will enjoy the nearby bunkroom with two XL twin over queen built-in bunks and a flat-screen TV and a shared hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower. Tucked away on this level are a beautiful split king bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom and a convenient hallway laundry room.
The upper level of this home is its own retreat, a secluded queen suite with TV, ceiling fan, private bathroom, and partial ski area views.
Other amenities include a Sonos sound system, Internet TV, a front porch sitting area, and driveway parking for two cars. The garage is not available for parking. Four-wheel drive is recommended in the winter months.
Regretfully, weddings and events are not permitted in Moving Mountains homes.
SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Moving Mountains has a Guest Services Team, offering full-service vacation planning assistance prior to your trip. You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence, and guest services.
IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.
