Dream getaway to an upscale Breckenridge neighborhood. The property is surrounded by breathtaking views of the ski area, 10 Mile Range, and Mt. Baldy, and only 5 blocks to the downtown shops and restaurants. You're close to 4 different ski areas including Breckenridge Ski Resort, Copper Mountain, Keystone Resort, and Vail Ski Resort. There is an Ice arena, Several Sledding Hills, Lake Dillon, plenty of hiking and biking trails galore, an indoor recreation facility with a climbing wall, swimming pool, indoor track and exercise equipment, and the world renowned Breckenridge Golf Club. The house has a fully equipped, gourmet kitchen. Four bedroom suites with en-suite bathrooms and luxurious beds for sweet dreams. Two of the bathrooms are equipped with steam showers. The wrap-around front porch is perfect for relaxing in the warm Colorado sunshine for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There's stargazing from the private hot tub too. Only one short block to the free ride shuttle for easy access to downtown and the gondola. Of course there's high speed Wifi to connect multiple devices! This property is gorgeous and provided the whole family with such a comfortable stay. We all had plenty of space to spread out and the location was perfect for walking trips to town and other activities. We enjoyed breakfast on the porch with many wildlife sightings and evening visits to the hot tub. All in all a perfect week.

Spring Break 2024

The house was absolutely amazing! Very beautiful home! It is right in the middle of everything! Main street is a 2 minute drive. You could eat out every night or if you want to stay in and cook, you can do that too as the home has everything you need to do so. We definitely recommend this house if you're looking for a relaxing luxurious getaway. We will be back!

Magnificent stay 10 Star review!!!!

This is my second time to stay at this property! It is mountain luxury! It’s actually the nicest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in to date. From beginning to end the reservation was seamless. Adan was wonderful to speak with each time I reached out. The house has more than you could ask for, heated floors, sauna showers, someone who comes and plows the drive, shovels the sidewalks and dusts off the hot tub from freshly fallen snow! The proximity is unbeatable to the market, parks for kids, restaurants and all the slopes. I just can’t recommend this house enough. I would actually buy it if it were on the market. Like I said 10 out of 5 star review!

We were not able to come. Flying grandkids( 5&9 y/o and parents from Hawaii. Son & kids have never seen snow. Heart broken to cancel. Will reschedule. Everyone was absolutely fantastic especially property manager and owners. We rent houses frequently The instructions for the house from the owners was the most organized and informative we have ever seen, A+ to the owners. Rated items that we couldn't really evaluate because survey would not submit. Need to add N/A.

Beautiful mountain stay

We visited with another family for spring break. The house is beautiful, lots of amenities and great location. Easy walk to free shuttle to slopes or easy walk into town. We skied.everyday and loved getting back to relax in the hot tub and play games by the fire. Loved the steam showers too! The host is great. Very easy to communicate any needs. Would definitely recommend this beautiful home in Breckenridge!

Mountain Luxury in Breckenridge

Our family loved our stay at this home in Breck. We had 8 adults and a 3 year old, each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The home had amazing views of the ski slopes, it was an easy walk to downtown, and the hot tub in the side yard was awesome. It was the best stocked kitchen of any home we’ve rented and the steam showers (2) and fureplaces were wonderful. We’ll be booking it again.

Great spot for ski trip!

We had a great experience! The house was big and spacious for our group of 4 couples. The kitchen was stocked with all the things we needed and the location was fantastic for skiing and exploring town. We had a great time and would stay here again! Thank you!!

Perfect find!

We rented this beautiful home for a few days to ski with our adult children before Christmas. Rooms are spacious, it’s beautiful inside and out, amenities abound, great room is comfortable, kitchen is huge, hot tub, 3-car garage, mudroom for the dirty stuff. Master mattress was so good I wrote down the brand so I can buy it (someday). This stay was a treat!

Fantastic Stay!

As non-skiing Grandparents, we always look for accommodations which provide excellent comfort since we aren’t on the slopes. Our family of 7 enjoyed this beautiful home during a long weekend. This home is extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated. Close proximity to Main St. Little extras included grocery staples, a few frozen pizzas, milk and other items to help us feed the troops! Hot tub, many games, heated garage, storage for ski/winter activities, extensive kitchen equipment are just a few of the included amenities we appreciated throughout our stay. Last and most important, the service provided by Adan was the best we’ve ever had. Having rented numerous properties over the years, we have experienced highs and lows. Adan is at “Quandry” level for those familiar with Breckenridge. 👏 We would return to this property anytime we are in Breckenridge and would happily recommend to friends and family for future visits. Thank you Adam and family!

Luxury in Breck

The home was perfect for seven adults (3 couples + 1 single). There are four bedrooms with king beds and en suite bathrooms, so everyone had privacy and their own dedicated space. The house was well appointed, probably the best of any home we have rented. Upstairs laundry room was great! The home is a short walk downhill to town. You can't beat the location. The only thing I would mention is that the stairs to the second floor might be difficult for someone with limited mobility (all bedrooms are on the second floor). Communication with the owner was easy, and he was very helpful and responsive. This is an excellent house and was exactly as pictured!

We purchased our Breckenridge property in 2004 and lovingly rebuilt in 2015. Fortunately we have had the opportunity to celebrate many occasions in the home--from birthdays and holidays to family reunions and engagements.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

We are so happy that our home is in town. There are many beautiful places in surrounding areas, but being close to everything while still enjoying the mountain scenery is one of the major benefits of this lodge at the corner of Royal Tiger Road and North Pine Street. An evening stroll or bus ride into town is easy and convenient (and helps you avoid parking problems), while a short drive takes you to a host of additional places in Summit County. The inside of the house is quiet, but out on the deck you can sometimes hear live festival music, watch bicyclists peddle by your driveway in the USA Pro Cycling Challenge, see and hear 4th of July fireworks, stargaze because it's dark enough, or take a quick drive to the grocery store. As they say, "location, location, location".
