Dream getaway to an upscale Breckenridge neighborhood. The property is surrounded by breathtaking views of the ski area, 10 Mile Range, and Mt. Baldy, and only 5 blocks to the downtown shops and restaurants. You're close to 4 different ski areas including Breckenridge Ski Resort, Copper Mountain, Keystone Resort, and Vail Ski Resort. There is an Ice arena, Several Sledding Hills, Lake Dillon, plenty of hiking and biking trails galore, an indoor recreation facility with a climbing wall, swimming pool, indoor track and exercise equipment, and the world renowned Breckenridge Golf Club. The house has a fully equipped, gourmet kitchen. Four bedroom suites with en-suite bathrooms and luxurious beds for sweet dreams. Two of the bathrooms are equipped with steam showers. The wrap-around front porch is perfect for relaxing in the warm Colorado sunshine for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There's stargazing from the private hot tub too. Only one short block to the free ride shuttle for easy access to downtown and the gondola. Of course there's high speed Wifi to connect multiple devices! What a beautiful place to relax and spend time with family. We indulged in the calmness of the outdoors by sitting on the porch reading (or snoozing) and had a blast each evening cooking in the open gourmet kitchen. We also loved how easy it was to walk or ride the free bus to and from town. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Everything about this property is 5 star! This is a beautiful home well stocked with anything that you would need. This was a perfect home for our family of 9.The location is great, the house is beautiful and communication with the owner was excellent. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Breckenridge.

This house is exceptional in structure, interior details, coziness, quality and especially the kitchen furnishings and supplies. Very well stocked kitchen appliances, gadgets, spices, coffee, and other food items. Bathrooms are also well stocked. Perfect location for walking or taking the free bus to town and walking to a hiking trail. Management is also exceptional with easy communication and flexibility.

Our family had a wonderful time! The house is amazing had all you would need for a long stay. Great location close to town but still had a secluded feel! Definitely will be back!

Adan's house was excellent in every aspect. We had six adults visiting and there was plenty of room for socializing and alone time throughout the house. The kitchen was fully equipped and we enjoyed cooking family meals during our stay. The bedrooms were spacious, each with their own bath. The house is well located and an easy walk to downtown Breckenridge with all its shops and restaurants. Adan was very communicative and the check-in/check-out ran smoothly. I would definitely look to stay here again on my next visit to Breckenridge.

The house was truly beautiful and a great location for both skiing and exploring the town! We loved that each bedroom had a ensuite bathroom and the kitchen was fully equipped. Adan was super helpful in advance of our visit to ensure we had everything we needed to have a successful check-in and great stay. Would definitely stay again; 10/10!

Absolutely amazing home. You could arrive with just your luggage and have all essentials at your fingertips as soon as you entered the house.Spectacular views of the mountains from the living room and meals cooked in the gourmet kitchen made for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back!

The house was immaculately clean. It had everything we needed with lots of instruction. The rooms were spacious and all had their own bathrooms. We loved this house!

Beautiful roomy home with cozy fireplaces throughout. All four bedrooms have king beds, which was great. It's close enough to town to walk to shops and restaurants. It has a gorgeous deck and porch, with it's own hot tub. And the manager, Adan, is the most accessible, kindest person to deal with for everything. Highly recommend!

This is the 2nd time we stayed here and it was just as good as the first. It meet all expectations. Plenty of kitchen items to cook with if you don't want to spend a lot eating out every night. Beautiful views, beautiful home. I highly recommend this property.

This was our second stay at this beautiful home and we enjoyed it just as much in summer as in winter. Spacious, well appointed and beautifully kept up. Perfect neighborhood.

We stayed at this property with 4 couples and all of the bedrooms had king beds with attached bathrooms. Worked wonderful for our group and all was very private. The kitchen is huge and worked so well for our large group. Even though the property is in a neighborhood, it is very private and your neighbors don’t seem that close. It could be walkable to downtown on the way down but coming back up the hill to the home is a challenging walk. The property manager is super nice and reached out before our stay to see if we had any questions. The town of Breck is wonderful and we would definitely come back to stay at this beautiful home! This property is gorgeous and provided the whole family with such a comfortable stay. We all had plenty of space to spread out and the location was perfect for walking trips to town and other activities. We enjoyed breakfast on the porch with many wildlife sightings and evening visits to the hot tub. All in all a perfect week.

The home was immaculate and very spacious. We had moose come to the backyard the first morning we were there and deer a couple of the other days. The house was close to the shopping and dining in the downtown area. We would absolutely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this mountainside home near downtown Breckenridge! It’s an easy 10-minute walk from dining, shopping and rentals. The host was extremely responsive to our needs. (Thank you, Aden!) The kitchen pantry was equipped with every conceivable appliance, all like new. The beds were cozy and very comfortable, and each en suite bathroom was sparkling clean and well-stocked with nice extras. We loved to soak in the hot tub with a glass of wine after long days of springtime hiking and biking. This is a place to make memories, and we wouldn’t hesitate to visit again.

We purchased our Breckenridge property in 2004 and lovingly rebuilt in 2015. Fortunately we have had the opportunity to celebrate many occasions in the home--from birthdays and holidays to family reunions and engagements.
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
We are so happy that our home is in town. There are many beautiful places in surrounding areas, but being close to everything while still enjoying the mountain scenery is one of the major benefits of this lodge at the corner of Royal Tiger Road and North Pine Street. An evening stroll or bus ride into town is easy and convenient (and helps you avoid parking problems), while a short drive takes you to a host of additional places in Summit County. The inside of the house is quiet, but out on the deck you can sometimes hear live festival music, watch bicyclists peddle by your driveway in the USA Pro Cycling Challenge, see and hear 4th of July fireworks, stargaze because it's dark enough, or take a quick drive to the grocery store. As they say, "location, location, location".
