This home features a spacious primary suite with Smart TV and private access to the patio and its spectacular views. In a separate wing are 2 guest bedrooms and a guest bathroom. Guest bedroom 2 has a Smart TV. The community has a pool and a tennis/pickleball court which are just steps away. Endless outdoor activities such as golfing, hiking, biking and skiing are right out your door. There are many restaurants including world famous El Charro Cafe, large grocery store with Starbucks cafe, fitness centers, wine bar—all within a 3 minute walk!

Our three grown children have also fallen in love with our new, spectacular home. We are an active and outdoorsy family and this location suits all of our recreational needs.
