Relax in this serene gem located in midtown Tucson. This classic-style Tucson household invites you to kick off your shoes and feel right at home. Our private pool and back patio is perfect for cooling off after a hot summer day. Or relax in our warm 4-person Jacuzzi during the winter. Just 1.5 miles from the University of Arizona and 10 minutes from downtown nightlife! Bring your own bike! This casa is also placed by a popular bike path connecting 9 parks and 10 schools including the UofA.

➤ The living room and bedrooms are fully equipped with smart T.V.s. and/or Roku's. All you need to do is sign in with your account. Disney+ and Discovery+ guest accounts will be an option.

➤ Our bedrooms are equipped with queen-sized memory foam beds and memory foam gel pillows, ensuring you will have a great night's sleep.

➤There is no access to the garage.

➤There are vacant buildings with windows on the other side of the wall overlooking the back patio area. No one is currently occupying the buildings due to a fire. Rest assured the back patio area is private.

➤The pool is not heated but enjoy our newly installed 4-person hot tub instead.

Very nice in block of very nice homes. Very convenient location. Door lock can be cranky. Be patient and you will get 5he hang of it.

Nice clean property close to U of A!The pool was the perfect temp and the backyard is great for small gatherings. There's a grill and a large covered outdoor area that we greatly enjoyed. The beds were comfy and the kitchen well stocked. The host was very responsive and helpful as well.

Very comfortable and conveniently located. We especially enjoyed coming back in the late afternoon fir a refreshing dip in the pool followed by food on the patio.

We stayed over New Year week. The place was wonderful and exactly as described, clean, comfortable, well maintained, also the host was very accommodating. The location was near everything we needed and close to my Daughter. We really appreciated the hot tub, and if available we would book again!

Great pool and central location

The place was nice. Centrally located, great pool, and plenty of towels. Christopher was very responsive and communicative. We’d love to stay here again.

Relaxing stay.

We enjoyed out stay. Christopher was an excellent communitcator. The house was nice and relaxing. It was a nice touch to have kcups and granola bars provided.

Wonderful! The house was very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The weather wasn’t good for using the pool but we enjoyed the hot tub every evening. Check in and check out were easy and communication with the host was excellent. The location is in a nice neighborhood that is convenient and we felt very safe. Small things like having books, games and puzzles available was a plus. I would definitely stay here again when in Tucson.

Home away from home

House was perfect for us. We were visiting our granddaughter. After finals, it was ideal chilling for out, enjoying the pool. Close to good restaurants . Would definitely stay here again

What a great respite from the winter cold! Christopher made us feel welcome and was so responsive with our questions. The hot tub was a hit, a must have for us. The weather was great except for a few cooler days in the 60’s, the rest of the time we had 70’s and even 80 one day! It was the perfect getaway from a foot of snow and subzero temperatures in the Midwest!Wendy & Ron1/20/26-2/3/26

Super stay in a lovely Oasis. We had never been to Tucson and having this sweet spot to return to was just right. We didn’t use the hot tub as the weather was hot, hot, hot. The pool was perfect for us. Private a refreshing for several dips throughout the day. We will stay here anytime we are back in Tucson.

Perfect for beating the summer heat

We chose this place because it had a private pool, and was centrally located. Kitchen had all we needed, bedrooms were spacious and the AC worked great. That is also a must in this AZ heat. We have already told friends about this place.

Everything fine

Neighborhood was a bit sketchy but location was good restaurants close by. Pool was maintained well and cleaned while we were there. AC worked great pretty much just what we expected and we would return.
