Great location - Poor Management

This was supposed to be a weekend getaway with the grandkids. Pulled up and home was snowed in. Couldn't access the home for 2 hours until the owner found someone to come and shovel the snow. Then the downstairs flooded and he said there were wipes in the pipes, however, we were not there long enough for that to happen. Then the heat did not work downstairs in the lower section. So basically, we paid for 3 story home and only were able to use 2/3's. The owner stated he would give me a refund if I did not review him, however, he only refunded me part. Seems like this is his motive. All bells and whistles until the bells go off. The neighbor is also a busy body and called the owner because my grandkids were playing the snow in the yard. What a concept, kids wanting to be outside. Owner needs to address the issues in the home before he rents again.

Great host best winter vacation stay

From beginning to end Bob was a great host. Always answered all of my calls for any of my questions. The home was awesome. It's huge, pictures don't do it justice. The backyard was a perfect size. We went during a snow storm, so didn't have to drive anywhere to play in the snow. We had it in the backyard. Rooms were perfect size and the beds were so comfortable. All of the family was in love with the home. Kids loved the play areas of the home. All in all. Perfect choice.

Perfect for A group mountain retreat

My Girl scout troop had a fantastic time! The beds were comfortable and the property was perfectly located in town. The kitchen was stocked well and the hot tub was relaxing on a snowy night.

Great family time

The place was clean and very comfortable for our family. Loved the location, very close to town. Had kitchen supplies and the popcorn machine was a huge hit for movie night. A variety of coffee supplies. Would definitely stay here again.

Large Idyllwild Cabin

This is a well set up cabin for a big group. We had 8 adults and 5 kids, and there was still an empty bedroom. The cabin has great amenities for kids (and dogs) and is close to town center. The kitchen is large and well set up. Overall great! Our family has been going to Idyllwild for about 40 years. It's a quiet, artsy place with a long history of vacation rentals.

Amazing house in picturesque location

This is an amazing house, exactly as described and completely modern and updated. Lots of room for the whole family and kids especially liked the upstairs loft with air hockey and foosball. Communication with the owner Bob was great and quick. He’s very responsive to all inquiries. We had a few issues while staying, but Bob handled them promptly and fairly. We would definitely come back to stay another time. Thank you Bob! Beautiful home and location!

We moved to Riverside County in 1986 from Orange County and started our family. We have 3 sons who are all now married to lovely wives. We have 4 beautiful granddaughters who we watch frequently and spend quality time with. We raised our boys to appreciate people, the outdoors, and to love animals. Currently, we have a mini horse “Trip” named by our eldest granddaughter, 3 dogs.. “Quila, Tutie, and Butterfly”, and a brood of chickens….it doesn’t seem long ago we had our pot belly pig “Whee”, and “Billy” or Pygmy goat. We love River, Country and Beach life alike…mostly we just like spending time with family and friends and enjoying the simple things life has to offer.

Off the main level is the deck facilitated with luxurious amenities that ensure your stay is pleasant, comfortable, and unforgettable. This is where you can enjoy, relax, unwind, and rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul.

We have provided our guests with all the basic and luxurious facilities to make their stay comfortable. The main deck includes a hot tub, BBQ grill, fire pit, and views of pine trees far and wide.

The bedroom and bathroom have all the basic amenities, such as pillows, blankets, sheets, towels, toiletries, and more. Anything that you would need while you stay at our place!
