Beautifully renovated modern townhouse only 1.5 miles to the heart of downtown on a corner lot. This location is fabulous for events at the AlamoDome which is within walking distance. Downstairs offers granite kitchen with island, stainless steel appliances and continuous dining & living space. There is a locked Master Suite that is not readily accessible to guests, this suite is an additional rental unit, a sign is posted on the door stating No access to guests unless authorized.

There is no common shared spaces, what you see in the listing is all your space.

Private fenced in Therma Spa Hot Tub in the backyard.

ROKU TV in bedroom and living room. Security camera system in front and side of property. NO cameras in private Hot tub area. *Complimentary packaged snacks included. Keurig flavored coffee, BBQ Grill and patio furniture is included. Baby playpen/sleeper and highchair is available upon request.

Private ThermoSpa Four person Hot Tub (80L x 80W x 35 D) with 32 jets & Wood fire pit (brand new). Owner of the property take no responsibility/liability for any accident, injury or health issue resulting from the use of the hot tub. Use of the hot tub is at your own risk. All children under 16 must be supervised at all times.

The neighborhood is an older, urban area which is undergoing revitalization. My home is one of the first homes on the block that has been updated.
No large parties or large gatherings allowed. My home is better suited for vacation or business travelers, families, single people and couples.

Easy drive to all that downtown has to offer! Within 1-2 miles of the Alamo, Riverwalk, Alamodome, Convention Center, AT&T Center, King William District, Majestic Theatre and Pearl Brewery.

We enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was great in the evenings. We were in San Antonio for a couple of concerts at Frost Bank Center and it was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and it really was a great stay!

Thanks for your review. Per my listing I mentioned the downtown neighborhood is going thru a revitalization process due to most of the homes being build in the 1920s.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was nice and clean. Very comfortable plus the hot tub was an excellent option after a day out and about. The location was great! close to everything we had planned on visiting.

We picked this location because it was close to the Frost Bank Center where we saw Nate Bargatze and the River Walk area. Accommodations were great. Clean, updated and hot tub was great. The neighborhood is going thru a renovation but was quiet and we enjoyed walking around. Would stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful! It was great to be so close to the Riverwalk and the Alamo. House was very clean, Beds were really comfy, hot tub was a great way to relax after a busy day of site seeing. I had left a bag at the house when we checked out, the owner was quick to notify me and mailed the bag back to me the next day - would definitely stay there again!

The townhouse was welcoming and clean, and the hot tub was pristine. The outdoor area was very welcoming. I was only there one night and that's where I spent all of my time expect when I was sleeping. Comfy mattress and pillows and we'll stocked bathroom.Kelly was very helpful with any question I had.

Everything was perfect! From the directions on how to get there and where to park, the amenities (full kitchen, a fire pit, AND a hot tub!!), to near-instant communication with Kelly, plus being a little over a mile from the Riverwalk, it was fantastic! Would definitely stay there again, without question!

Myself and my partner had a lovely stay at Kelly’s place! The automated lock was a tad finicky sometimes, but you just need to always double check that the mechanisms completed its cycle. Other than one hiccup with the door lock, we had no other issues, and the hot tub was phenomenal this chillier Spring trip! Would stay again!

Everything was as expected and comfortable. We didn't spend much time there beyond sleeping but whatever we did use worked just fine. The location is very convenient to the Riverwalk and Downtown.

We enjoyed the home. All beds are different, and everyone's sleeping comfort is different - the actual bed made it difficult for us to sleep as it was so very firm. We asked about the location of the air mattress mentioned in the listing - unfortunately the air mattress was not available for our use and the owner said it was because we only registered 2 guests. We were only 2 guests. While we are a married couple - I do think that it would be nice to have this available because not always when there are 2 guests - even with the same last name - are not always married, and even us older married people don't always sleep together. We worked it out - I needed another air mattress anyway so I bought the one that I wanted and we used that for the rest of our stay - but just a word of caution for the future. Other than that the stay was great.
