Everything was so wonderful! more than I had expected! Lon and Katie were excellent hosts and we so enjoyed our stay! Everything was so clean and beautiful; I only wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed this beautiful place even more!! Thank you!

My family and I had a great time. The hosts were very communicative, the amenities went above and beyond, and the area felt spacious. This was one of the most relaxing stays I’ve ever had, and I highly recommend others visit if given the chance.

Really enjoyed our stay at Breckenridge Chalet!All amenities found as featured in the listing. The beds were comfy and our girls were delighted with the stuffies on the twin beds. Upon arrival we were greeted by a family of deer passing by. Viewing the sunset from the porch swing was our favorite part of our stay.Side-note: The Chalet is located a short drive to the main Marina Beach (parking not allowed there on the weekends). It’s a nice beach to spend the day. Dunn Court Beach is also nice (no Cafe).

Quiet neighborhood, spacious house and outdoor spaces. Beautiful view out of the back. Clean, comfortable bed, and good shower. Hiked two days in Yosemite nearby. Many great restaurants in the area. Our favorite was Charlotte’s Tavern on Main. Would definitely stay again.

This place was great. Very clean and cozy cabin. Our host reached out day of check in to make sure we were aware of weather conditions. We could not have asked for a better experience and hope to stay here again

This was an awesome basecamp for exploring Yosemite. It feels private and wooded but is close to restaurants and shops in Groveland. We didn't get a chance to swim in the nearby lake, but it looks like it would have been great on a warmer weekend. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the deck and cozying up by the fireplace on a rainy evening. Having laundry was a huge plus after long hiking days.

Excellent stay!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The house was stocked with everything you would need to make our stay convenient. I was especially impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a top of the line cabin type style home that is excellent for a weekend getaway to Yosemite. It has everything you need, cozy and relaxing. The short 25-30min drive to the Yosemite gate is ideal. Kaity and Len have great communications and everything is easy and straight forward. We will definitely be staying hear again!!!

Family weekend

Quite possibly my favorite VRBO ever. Clean and very comfortable. Literally had everything we needed for the week. Quiet area with close proximity to the lake, town and Yosemite NP. Definitely recommend.

Lovely home in a quiet location

Perfect place for us to stay after a long backpacking trip, comfortable, clean and all the amenities for a relaxing few days. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. We enjoyed making our meals, sitting on the porch, and just generally enjoyed our time. It was close enough to Yosemite for us to make a couple of day trips into the park.

We stayed three days. We didn’t make it to the lake as we went to Yosemite every day. Our stay was outstanding. Very nice house and amenities. Clean and well stocked. Ned’s were very comfortable. Beautiful location, close to Groveland. Great communication with our host and exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again.
