Relax and unwind in this lovely updated home on a quiet street of East Rochester!

Centrally located between Penfield and Pittsford, with quick access to 490 Expressway. Parking for two cars in driveway.

Spring Lake Park is just around the corner with a playground for children, off leash area for dogs, plus Irondequoit Creek for anglers!

The kitchen features a gas range and is fully equipped for at-home cooking!

I want to enjoy your stay and won`t be onsite, but if you have any emergency please phone Cheryl at the number provided.
NO smoking of any kind please - penalty $200 if ozone machine required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.

Pets are welcome w/ prior approval; I kindly ask that they please stay off of the furniture.

Please note my pet fee is $25/night/pet and will be requested about a week before your arrival. If you are bringing a pet or pets, please reach out and let me know the breeds and sizes. Thank you. For longer stays, I am open to a reduced pet fee.

This was a terrific rental. It's near by everything and Cheryl is clearly committed to making sure that her guests having a terrific stay. There were so many thoughtful touches that made us feel welcome. The house was also a big hit with our dog who was excited to have a fenced yard to play in and a quiet neighborhood to go for walks. I will definitely stay here again!

The house was exactly what we needed and exactly as described. It was clean and bright, there was plenty of parking for 2 cars, and the yard was perfect for our two dogs. Cheryl, the host, was lovely and helpful and made the whole process a breeze. Would definitely stay again.

The house was lovely, very comfortable and perfect for us and our dog who enjoyed the fenced in back yard with its beautiful lawn. The house is on a quiet street in East Rochester and was very convenient for driving to other parts of Rochester, to the museums, Durand Eastman Park and Lake Ontario beach park. I highly recommend the George Eastman House if you are interested in photography, and the Memorial Art Gallery which has an excellent collection and wonderful sculpture park. Cheryl, thank you for providing us with a great place to stay!

Cute house in a walkable neighborhood. Our pup loved the sidewalks. The location was convenient to stores, restaurants and local sites. Well cared for property and would definitely stay again.

The communication before, during, and after our stay was exceptional. The house was clean and provided everything we needed for a five night stay. The location was also ideal for our needs. The house was exactly as advertised.

Cheryl was quick to respond to my inquiries and was accommodating with meeting my needs. The neighbors were friendly, and very kind. We brought our dog and took him on multiple walks daily and met many of the people in the neighborhood. The home was perfect for your gathering to celebrate my MILs 90th birthday. It was a great weekend. Thank you, Cheryl!!

This was perfect for my family and our 2 dogs. The back yard was fenced in so they could safely run around. The neighbor was friendly and helpful. The washer and dryer worked great. The kitchen had everything I needed. The driveway was narrow but it is long enough for 3 cars. The neighborhood is very safe. We would stay again for sure.

Cheryl was very responsive to questions asked.The kitchen was well stocked, laundry in the basement which was great to have. Quiet neighborhood. Fenced backyard with a small patio that I would have used if it wasn’t winter with snow. Rooms were clean. Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay!

The house was perfect for our family of 4, which included our pug. Conveniently located, clean and well stocked with all the essentials! The beds were super comfortable. The host was attentive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Neighborhood was quiet and very family friendly. The house is centrally located to many nearby stores, restaurants and entertainment. The few issues we encountered were quickly addressed by the property manager. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay. Thank you

Fenced in yard for pets. Nice sheets, bedding, towels. Kitchen had everything we needed. Close to everything. Very comfortable couch with large TV. We loved it.

Perfect for our needs

We were in town for a long weekend and this place was close to everything we needed. Nothing fancy, but clean and Cheryl was very attentive.

Great accommodation. Exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Good neighborhood. Communication from the host is thorough, prompt, and friendly. The world's longest couch is very comfortable, and the backyard is great for dogs. We'll definitely revisit if we have the need. We are also intrigued by the host's other properties.
