Spectacular 2 BR, 1.5 BA close to all venues, hospitals & universities

We took our time renovating this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment so that you can enjoy all the comforts of its open space, great amenities and central location. Both bedrooms feature Queen sized beds, ample closets and carpeting. There's plenty of space to spread out and watch a movie, have dinner with friends or an intimate wine and cheese snack time with just the two of you.

This 2nd-floor apartment is close to the arts and entertainment districts, Rochester's best restaurants as well as our excellent universities and hospitals. Highland and Strong are just a short, side-streets commute away as is the Eastman and the Auditorium Theater. Perfect for a either a quick trip or a longer stay if you're assigned to Rochester for a few weeks.

Lovely, spacious and well maintained and sure to be your favorite home away from home!

Great spot for our small family

This is a lovely spot in a very convenient neighborhood in Rochester. The space is perfect and nicely renovated. If a 2BR apartment works for your group, you really can't go with with this place!

Great vacation

My sister and I went to Rochester to bike on the Erie Canal and spend time together. We were so lucky we chose this amazing apartment in a really cute neighborhood. The apartment had everything we needed and Melanie was friendly and responsive. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay! It was quiet and clean. The kitchen had everything that we needed. It's in a great location. I'd recommend staying here.

Great location, super clean, spacious, multiple washrooms. Didn't expect it to be so spacious.Only thing I didn't love were the bedsheets - a little old/dated.

This apartment was designed and remodeled with care and creativity. It is a delight to look around at the details of the work that was done.Positives: good AC, off-street parking, very quiet, nice neighborhood, well provisioned kitchen, washer/dryer available, great walk-in shower, nice living room furniture, easy access, great location in the city.Negatives: can’t think of any!

Great 2 month stay

This was a great stay - very comfortable and safe. Off street parking. Had everything I needed for 2 months. Great communication with host. As a single female traveler I felt very safe.

Perfect for RIT graduation weekend

What a gem! This was perfect for our 3 night stay for RIT graduation. An easy 15 minute drive to campus, quiet, lovely, walkable neighborhood. The apartment is comfortable, clean and adorable! Fun tavern within walking distance and great options for longer walks nearby (make sure to catch sunset at Cobb’s Hill Reservoir!). Highly recommended.

Comfortable stay!

We had a really nice stay in Rochester. The communication with Melanie was excellent and the 2 bedroom apartment was well designed. There are 2 comfortable rooms, 1 full bath and 1/2 bath and plenty of kitchen and living space for 2.

Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed!

My adult daughter and I had the most enjoyable 2-night stay! Melanie’s place is super clean, very stylish, and incredibly comfortable. She’s thought of EVERYTHING and her communication is excellent. Look no further - it’s a gem!

Visiting family 4 night visit

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Location and parking were great. The only suggestion I have is to change the table stools to chairs with a back. It was uncomfortable to sit for more than a few minutes or to play a game of cards. The bed and bathrooms were great.

Perfect Place

My wife and our 2 girls(3,12) visited Rochester for Bills training camp. Melanie’s place was a perfect place for us. Beautifully decorated and with everything you could need, would highly recommend.
