We took our time renovating this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment so that you can enjoy all the comforts of its open space, great amenities and central location. Both bedrooms feature Queen sized beds, ample closets and carpeting. There's plenty of space to spread out and watch a movie, have dinner with friends or an intimate wine and cheese snack time with just the two of you.

This 2nd-floor apartment is close to the arts and entertainment districts, Rochester's best restaurants as well as our excellent universities and hospitals. Highland and Strong are just a short, side-streets commute away as is the Eastman and the Auditorium Theater. Perfect for a either a quick trip or a longer stay if you're assigned to Rochester for a few weeks.

Lovely, spacious and well maintained and sure to be your favorite home away from home!

Rochester Gem!

My adult daughter and I had the most enjoyable 2-night stay! Melanie’s place is super clean, very stylish, and incredibly comfortable. She’s thought of EVERYTHING and her communication is excellent. Look no further - it’s a gem!

Visiting family 4 night visit

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Location and parking were great. The only suggestion I have is to change the table stools to chairs with a back. It was uncomfortable to sit for more than a few minutes or to play a game of cards. The bed and bathrooms were great.

Comfortable stay!

We had a really nice stay in Rochester. The communication with Melanie was excellent and the 2 bedroom apartment was well designed. There are 2 comfortable rooms, 1 full bath and 1/2 bath and plenty of kitchen and living space for 2.

Spacious Residential Apartment in Rochester

What a find! This house apartment is located in a beautiful neighborhood with easy access to all areas of Rochester. The apartment had an open living area and a well-equipped kitchen. We appreciated having such an inviting spot to come home to between activities.

Just perfect

We were visiting our son at college from England. Booked this apartment based on the reviews and we were not disappointed. Location was great for us, apartment was just perfect. Easy access, host has thought of everything you could need for your stay. Communications great with the host and if we come and visit again we will stay here

Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed!

This place was immaculate! It combined modern and traditional charm! The kitchen had everything you needed. We came in for a family clambake and the location was perfect for us. Thank you for such a great place to stay!

Beautiful Booking!

This booking was beautiful, full of character and amenities. The host was quick to respond, easy to communicate with, and a pleasure to book with! Checking in, getting inside - all a breeze. Walking up those stairs and seeing the stained glass windows, what a treat! The central area is robust and would be great for a family or group. I had no complaints and would certainly book this location again!

Sweet comfortable old house

Very comfortable and well appointed upstairs apartment. The house is older which means both gorgeous wood accents and some creaky floors. Nice hosts, quiet street, good neighborhood.

Beautiful and quiet apartment

We had a very pleasant stay at Melanie's apartment which is located on a quiet street in a hip neighborhood within walking distance to two beautiful parks and several restaurants. The apartment was immaculate and its modern layout is great for offering privacy (bedrooms are not adjacent) if more than one person is staying, and being an upstairs unit the quiet is appreciated. Air conditioners work great for hot days. Communication was always fast and simple. Highly recommended. Thanks for being a great host Melanie!

Perfect Place

My wife and our 2 girls(3,12) visited Rochester for Bills training camp. Melanie’s place was a perfect place for us. Beautifully decorated and with everything you could need, would highly recommend.

Rochester Mini-Trip

This rental was the perfect option for a quick family get away to Rochester area. Beautifully updated and restored by the owners on a lovely, quiet, tree lined street. Centrally located, everything we did was within 10-15 mins of property including the children’s museum and Seabreeze amusement park. Host was responsive to our needs and they had literally thought of every possible need and had the item in the rental. A great place to stay with a twist of historic charm. We would definitely stay again and encourage others to check out this rental.

Clean and Comfortable Central Location

I enjoyed staying in this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in the central area of Rochester next to Cobbs Hill Park. The place is well appointed and has all of the things needed for a comfortable stay.

Great location on a nice street

We enjoyed walking to the Armory and easily getting around ROC from this property. Everything was well stocked and recent renovations are well thought out. Would definitely return here!

Wonderful house in quiet neighborhood!

My wife and I and our 2 adult children stayed in the wonderful house for one night. We wished we could have spent more time but our travel plans wouldn't allow this time. Met the owner as he was out doing some renovating at the next door house and he was very polite and friendly. The check in process went off without a hitch and was very easy with great directions. The house was cute with nice touches that made us feel at home without over doing it. Plenty of cooking gear, plates and such that all matched! Bedding and towels were perfect. Plenty of off street parking if your driving, as we were. Quite neighborhood made us feel safe walking. The only thing we would want to change was some blinds in the walk in closets so we could dress in there. Over all we gave it 5 stars because that was all there were to give. This may sound like a review from relatives but it is NOT, we just found it on the VERBO site. We will definitely be back! Very happy with our decision and the price was right.
