🔑 Access & Entry

Per building rules, each unit includes 1 physical key and 1 fob. But don’t worry! Our smart lock system allows for mobile app entry and multiple digital codes for easy access ( Please note that it only works with US numbers). Need more flexibility? You can purchase a virtual fob at the front desk for around $10 (available daily from 8 AM to 10 PM).



📌 Important Notes:

🚫 Washcloths are not provided.

🔇 Please keep noise to a minimum. No parties or loud gatherings — violations may result in fines issued by building management (passed to the responsible guest).

🧾 Main guest info is required in advance. This person must check in at the front desk with ID.

📍Please note that the A/C may make a brief vibration sound. This is part of its normal operation.



If the registered guest cannot check in, a $53 fee will be charged at the front desk to update the reservation.
