The cottage is one floor with 2 Rooms, one is the master bed room with a king bed perfect for 2people, and private bathroom inside and the other room is an open Den that has a Bunk bed for one person on the top and below is a sofa bed for the other person, in this area 2 people can sleep, the second bathroom is by the kitchen. The kitchen/living/ dining room area has a very confortable couch which can acomodate One 1 more person. This is a modern Cottage with a very cozy style, that makes you feel at home. You can enjoy Nature when in the garden!! This neighborhood is peacefull wonderful for walks or riding bicycle, we are 4 blocks of the high rising trendy Brickell Nightlife area, full of restaurants, bars, shopping , perfect for day and nightlife!!!
The house is pet friendly, the rules are to walk the pets on the street to do pee and poo , never on the front or backyard, specially on the artificial grass!
There is a $120 Dollars pet fee for the first pet and $60 for each additional pet for the entire stay! (No more than 3 pets at a time)

Quiet Area, Great Stay!

I spent a week here and absolutely loved the location. It’s very residential and quiet - yet it’s still close to everything. Great walking location too, was able to take my pups on long walks and walk to DT Brickell. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. Would stay again!

Great Location!

Fantastic location. Everything is so close and walkable. I walked to the ocean front multiple times. I’m recommending this place to my friends The host is kind and helpful.

Best location for everything in Miami

This is a cottage behind the main house in one of the most elegant neighborhoods in Miami. The houses on this block are amazing and this place is no exception. It is close to many attractions, nightlife, beaches and parks. You are 2 min from publix supermarket, and minutes from the beaches. The hose is wonderful and she is on-call days and night and is extremely helpful. If you are looking to visit Miami, I highly recommend Julia and her lovely cottage.

Charming cottage in a big city

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern im Teenager-Alter 3 Nächte in Julias Cottage verbracht. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer schönen Umgebung und ist gemütlich und eirklich stilvoll eingerichtet, jedoch leider etwas dunkel. Eine schöne Terrasse in einem kleinen Garten gehört zu dieser Unterkunft. Spätestens hier wird man sich bewusst, dass man sich in einer Großstadt befindet, da die Geräusche der vorbeifahrenden Züge sowie der über das Haus fliegenden Flugzeuge deutlich zu hören sind. Alles in allem hat uns die Unterkunft gut gefallen. Eine kleine Anmerkung noch für Selbstversorger: Die Geschirrausstattung (Teller/Tassen) könnte reichhaltiger sein.

Not as advertised

This is NOT a 2 bedroom house...it is a 1 bedroom guest house. There was NO double sofa bed, just a sofa that was not suitable for sleeping. The towels left much to be desired. There were no dish towels or wash cloths. No corkscrew and minimal dishes. This was a business trip for 4 women and it was extremely small. The bedroom was cute and suitable for a couple only. Top bunk was scary to climb up for us women (62-78 yo). Neighborhood was safe and very nice. Difficult to get the code to enter the property on our arrival day.

Great experience

Our first visit to Miami- Julia’s cottage is very cute and is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Location is convenient to everything.Julia has been quick and responsive to messages and questions. we would definitely stay here again with next opportunity to visit Miami.

Great Stay in Miami

The owner, Jules, was very helpful and always answered my questions. We traveled to the area for work. My boss, a co-worker and myself. On the first night the toilet in the bathroom quit filling up with water. Jules had a plumber fix it the next day. The only things we could complain about would be the water pressure and lack of outlets in the front bathroom but we were able to work around both without a problem. The outside area was beautiful and relaxing. It is close to restaurants and Publix.

Can't Beat Location

Escaped the northern winter for a great weekend in Brickell Miami. This location is perfect - it's on a quiet side street just short walking distance from bustling downtown Miami with amazing food scene. And just a short distance the other direction are some parks and even the Vizcaya museum we quiet enjoyed. If we're back, we'll definitely consider staying here again if it's available!

Cute little home to land in

This property was great for what we needed. Walking distance to Brickell + the metromover, but also quiet and easy to relax while there. We really appreciated that we could do laundry while there because it was a pretty rainy week and we didn't have to pack wet clothes. Space wise, I think this is very well suited for a couple. I was with a friend and it did get a little cramped since we weren't sharing space, but is easily doable! Overall, I highly recommend this space for your stay if you're looking to explore Miami but also get away from the noise + hustle/bustle.

A nice place to stay

We enjoyed our stay. The location is near Vizcaya, and not far from downtown Miami and Coconut Grove. It is in an ok neighborhood - always felt safe though. The property owner was responsive and nice. You may want to pick up some paper towels, cooking spray, etc. ahead of time, if you are going to be cooking. For a short stay - we were there 3 nights - it is a good choice, so I recommend it.

Fabulous place and services

The cottage was very homey, clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The bedroom is massive, and everything was clean and beautiful. We loved sitting outside in the afternoon in our private courtyard. The host Julia was a phone call away if we needed her. She was wonderful.

Delightful pet friendly stay

We traveled to Miami with our pup and this charming cottage was everything we hoped for! It has a fenced yard in a tree lined neighborhood, but just steps from Brickell restaurants and shopping. The cottage itself was cute, comfy and very clean. We’ll be back!

Beautiful cottage

We visited for 5 nights. This property is very beautiful and we felt very safe. It fit all of us comfortably.there was enough cooking supplies for us to make dinner. Property owner was very nice. Highly recommend this property to anyone.

Not a queen bed

There were a number of problems but the one that made us mad was the claim that it had a queen bed but was only a standard full double bed. (Confirmed by the label on the top sheet not just because it was too small for us) When searching locations this would have been eliminated. Ended up sleeping in two beds. Not good for valentines. Also closet was locked so small area for clothes and hardly any drawer space. Big chunky furniture meant that the owner could not use the toilet paper holder so the rolls were just left out on top of the furniture. TV but no cable or antenna. Never got it to work except for our own Prime account. Had to contact host for Wifi code. Bottom doors on furniture under TV were kept closed by a wad of paper placed there by previous guest or host. One of the few guest towels was badly stained. Door under sink was off bottom hinge. The location was good and free parking but would rather have a bed large enough for both of us. Host seemed nice but clearly style was emphasized over functionality. We would not recommend this place until it is fixed. Plenty of room for a King bed, pieces over the toilets so the space eating pieces can be removed and toilet paper roll holders can be used. Empty out the locked closet so there is closet sufficient closet space for the guests. Add a dresser so guests can put their stuff in drawers. Connect the TV to an antenna and provide TV instructions and wifi instructions.

Cool place, 4 nights in Miami - January.

Julia is a very friendly and pleasant lady. The first impression was that the place is super clean and how beautiful vegetable is around. The location and trees around were amazing. Was very nice to take our little dog out. I felt secure to leave the car outside on the street also. I am consider to stay again here when I visit Miami. The property is close to a nice museum, also to the bridge where is Miami beach, and nice restaurants can be reached by walking 5 min or so. Thanks Julia! Gracias!
