My wife and I absolutely love this property. We've been to this same property 2 years in a row now but we will stay in this unit again next year we have already booked it perfect size for us, clean, the sound and dock access with the very short travel time to the Gulf is just perfect for us.

The property was great. It was very clean, just as described and the check-in was a breeze. The location was great with easy access to a beach on the sound side and a short drive to a public access parking area for the gulf side beach. Just several minutes west was a national seashore parking lot for more remote beach access.

If you like convenience, this place is perfect. Nice and comfy too. Also, The long term residents are very friendly and welcoming.

Found the unit to be clean and furnished with everything we needed. Host is top notch and communication was great. Highly recommend this unit and host. We will definitely consider this unit when we return to the area!

We had such a relaxing stay. We ate breakfasts and lunches at the condo each day, and there was a fully stocked kitchen. It had both a regular coffee maker and a keurig. All the light switches were clearly marked and there was plenty of supplies for our stay. The patio was lovely to sit on and watch the sunset.

What a delightful spot! The back windows face the sunset over the water. The kitchen is well supplied. The bed is comfortable. It’s hard to ask for more. Thanks Aaron!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay very much, the owner or property manager was so very helpful. Location is really nice and the dock and bbq area was so nice to have. Thanks for a nice place to stay.
