**Beautiful Beach Getaway** 2 Bedroom /2.5 Bathroom Gulf Side Townhouse

Come enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches of Navarre.

Our two bedroom, two and a half bathroom townhouse has all the comforts of home at the beach. There is a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. You can also grill your meal on the grill located out back in your private patio area. We are a gulf front complex and a very short walk over our walkway to our complexes private beach area. Right out front is the newly built (2018) pool for you to enjoy. We have beach chairs, beach umbrella and some rafts and toys for your family to use during your stay. All linens are provided for you.

Downstairs is an open floor plan dining and living room with kitchen and half bath. Upstairs is two bedrooms with two full bathrooms, washing machine, dryer, and WIFI throughout the unit. Each bedroom and living room has their own television (living room has a smart tv). Two convenient private parking spots just steps from your front door.

Our complex is a very short walk to the pier, restaurants, and entertainment. If you enjoy fishing or just taking in the sights, you will enjoy Navarre's pier (longest fishing pier on the gulf).

Our stay was wonderful, everything you’d need when away from home and had direct access to the beach. Was clean, felt cozy and inviting. Hosts were quick to respond and made check in easy. Pool was nice as well. Would stay here again and would recommend.

The unit was cute and cozy. We loved being able to walk directly to the beach, and the beach amenities were wonderful. We would definitely stay again.

This townhouse was everything we expected and more. The cleanliness was top notch! Plenty of blankets, pillows and towels. Beach towels, chairs and toys were a great addition. Great family atmosphere and neighborhood. The pool was amazing, very clean and had a great sitting area with tables and chair in the shade for those who didn't want to swim. The entrance to the beach was a very short walk down the sidewalk. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to come to Navarre. You will NOT be disappointed!

The kitchen was fully equipped. The layout is really nice. Didn’t overlook the beach but just a short walk to get there, just walked over the bridge over the dunes and we were there!

Sugar beach is the best place for families on a budget. The property was super clean and the beach was a few steps away.

Great please to call home away from home. The townhouse was awesome had all the accommodations that you could as for and only 1/2 a block from the beach . Fantastic place to stay.

The house was very clean loved the back patio . We didnt get to use the pool to cold. Located in a good area and could go to restaurants very easy. Kitchen was well stocked we used it alot. The host was very pleasant and helped us with our question. Over all a very good stay. Would recommend this place very highly.

My husband and I came to our favorite place for July 4th weekend, we have always been there in the fall. Rented sugar beach condo and was not disappointed! The only thing we ran into was we got in earlier than expected and had the house code at 11am, so we thought we were good to go on in! Felt bad because the code worked but the cleaning people were still there! I had just never had anyone send me house codes until check in was ready for sure!! All good! We just changed in the car and cruised the beach and excellent pool area while waiting! Wish we could have stayed longer! Loved this property!

The townhouse was spotless with very nice beach themed decor through out the unit. The kitchen was well stocked so very easy to make meals. We enjoyed breakfast on our private patio and then were able to take the provided beach chairs and umbrella on the short walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable with extra pillows and blankets provided if needed. Having a washer and dryer was handy for washing towels. The host was easily reached and we would definately stay here again in the future on another family vacation.
