Easy check-in. The property was very clean. Above average linen and towel quality. Well appointed and managed property. I would definitely revisit.

Great Palm Springs location

We walked everywhere each day to different communitites and into town. The home was well maintained and very private. The open concept looking onto the pool and at the mountains each morning was amazing. I would return to this home.

Palm Springs Vacation Dec. 2022

Good location and walk to downtown PS about 1 mile. Home had everything we needed to be comfortable. Cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms were bar height, a challenge for me (5’ 1”).

Relaxing and low maintenance

My stay at Palo Verde in Palm Springs was quiet and relaxing. The pool and outside garden surrounding the house are simple and clean. My kids and I loved the privacy of the house, and being able to play games and lounge together. The house is close to downtown and restaurants. The neighborhood is safe and nice for evening walks and exploring.

Beautiful views and outdoor area. Clean comfortable home

The home had large open living spaces and a great outdoors area around the pool to lounge. Bedrooms situated in a way that allowed for privacy. The kitchen was well stocked. The only thing I did not care for was the TV situation. I think the home could have basic cable for those that do not use Utube to access entertainment

Perfect mid century escape

Every year, between Christmas and New Year’s Day, I take my family on a little getaway. This year we chose Palm Springs. And I could not have picked a more perfect place to stay. The house and property were exactly as described. The pool was clean and beautiful. The location was not far from all the activity of downtown. But also located in a nice quiet mid century neighborhood. The house was outfitted with all the supplies, linens, and fun that we needed. The home is managed by AvantStay . They are great to work with, very communicative, and helpful. We hope to book another stay this spring.

California Fun

At check in we were allowed to drop off our luggage and groceries a bit earlier than the normal check in time. This helped immensely as we needed to pick up more family members at the airport. The house was spacious, clean, and accommodating. Location was not quite as close to downtown as we were hoping but it all worked out as we had a rental car. Height of most cabinetry was substantial, about 40 inches. Tall people will love this rental. Pool was very clean and perfectly warm. I was a bit surprised at having to pay $150.00 per day to heat the pool. I expected a pool heating fee but felt this fee was a bit high. We did have a lovely vacation and I can certainly recommend this property.
