Fantastic home. Very clean and comfortable. Gorgeous Mountain views. All appliances worked - we hosted Thanksgiving dinner here. Fast internet. And walking distance to downtown. Loved it.

Memorial Day family weekend

Really fun mod place with the best pool and hot tub. Quiet, classy neighborhood with easy access to downtown.

Perfect house in the perfect location

House and backyard area are beautiful, everything was well stocked for a comfortable stay. It really is the most perfect location in a beautiful neighborhood, lots to see and can walk to it all! We loved our stay here and will be back!

Gorgeous Property

This is a gorgeous property in a fantastic neighborhood. The pool was heated to perfection when we arrived. The communication with rental team responsive, very nice and genuinely caring. Cannot wait to return!

Lovely place!

Granito Gables is a great property! The inside is wonderful - it has a spacious living/dining/kitchen all together so everyone can hang out at once. The kitchen is extremely well stocked for those who like to cook. There are blenders, rice cookers, baking things, etc. Our family loves to cook and found everything we needed. The beds are super comfy. The AC worked well in the 105 degree heat. Overall great stay!

Mid-century oasis

We loved the architecture and the location in Old Las Palmas is amazing. We loved all the outdoor seating around the pool and in the pool! Views were spectacular and the hummingbirds visited the yard frequently. The beds were very comfortable, so everyone slept well.

Beautiful Getaway

This was our second stay at Granito Gables, and definitely not our last! We love this home. It is gorgeous in every single way. The home itself, the views outside, the neighborhood, all of it! We will surely book again.

Even Better than it Looks

We loved our week at Granito Gables. The house plan is perfect for a family - and the outdoor amenities are like a resort. The property management team was helpful and professional. We highly recommend this home and experience to anyone wanting the best of Palm Springs.

Beautiful Getaway

This property is beautiful and my family loves this home and all of it's amenities. We've stayed at this property 3 times and have already booked for a fourth visit. From a parent's point of view with young kids, I feel very safe with having a constant visual of the swimming pool as well as alerts every time a door leading outdoors opens. This getaway is always impeccable with every single thing that you need, ready to go. We appreciate how the hosts are pet friendly, as our pup is our youngest kid and needs vacation time too. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house and neighborhood

Incredible midcentury home in a classic Palm Springs neighborhood. Hosts were great too. The house and outdoor area were very accurately shown in the pictures, and just wonderful areas to spend time with each other. Walking the neighborhood is a treat - plenty of beautiful homes with the mountains right there as a stunning background. Highly recommend!

Exceeded expectations!

I’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO’s in Palm Springs and this property exceeded all expectations! Fantastic neighborhood, fantastic pool and spa and house. Our stay was easy, stress free, and we all had a great time. Daria from the property management company was accessible, friendly and made everything super simple!

Amazing Getaway!

My family had an amazing stay at this property. The home is stunningly gorgeous and the back yard was like an oasis. Everything was very clean and it was obvious that this property is well taken care of. Our pup came along for the trip and the property manager made sure he felt very welcomed as well. We would definitely stay in this vacation rental again! We loved every second of it.

Great Vacation House!

We had a wonderful stay at Granito Gables! It is located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of the mountains. The house is wonderful- clean and comfortable. The pool is fantastic and the outside area is really beautiful and well kept. Plus the AC worked great in the 110+ degree weather. Daria and Stacy, the property managers, are the best. They are super helpful and really consider all the details.

Home was Amazing - but, Property Manager was awful.

The home was just as pictured. It was super stylish, and had everything guests could ever want for a wonderful Palm Springs weekend. However, our vacation was quickly tainted. We had only been at the property for about one hour and were sitting in the back yard by the pool. We knew there were rules that there could be no audible music at property lines, so we played the music low, and actually walked the property line to make sure neighbors could not hear it. It was a Girls Weekend. 4 of us long time friends ages 48 - 54 were enjoying the home. My girlfriend Carrie walked into the home, leaving the sliding glass door ajar to open a bottle of wine. While she was opening the bottle, a woman let herself into the home and immediately said "You didn't hear me knocking?" It was the property manager Stacy. She had not called. She had not texted. Our car was in the drive way and it was clear we were home. She just let herself in and walked back to the living area. She was very abrupt, and we felt like we were being treated like children. She looked at the sliding glass door and said bluntly "This has to be shut at all times" (with no explanation - is it when the AC is on? Is it for bugs?). She then walked over to our speaker that was still playing soft music and said this is a violation and could lead to immediate eviction. We shut it off right away. She then had us sign a paper that was left by the front door and told us that absolutely no one else was allowed in the property except the 4 that are on the contract. We had not planned on having more, but, it was just so unwelcoming. In fact when my friend ran into a retired teacher friend in Palm Springs we talked about how it's so ridiculous that we aren't allowed to invite a friend over for a glass of wine. The home is set up beautifully with multiple spaces to entertain, and two dining areas. Yet, the vibe, is that you are not allowed to actually entertain or socialize. I completely understand not being able to play loud music, or throw parties. But, this was 4 mature women listening to soft music by the pool I think it is unacceptable for a property manager to let themselves in unless there is an obvious concern, or complaints from neighbors. It made no sense that she did not call or text me, but, chose to just walk in. We also received an email saying Palm Springs should not be a place we vacation.

Every once in awhile you host guests that have no intention of being respectful by following the rules. As all of our happy past guests know, we make the City ordinance very clear on multiple occasions throughout the booking process, including at the time of inquiry, in the rental agreement, in the house rules on the VRBO website and in the arrival instructions. There is no outdoor music allowed and guests must use personal headphones when outside. Unfortunately, we discovered these guests in violation of the rules and they were upset at being caught. Feel free to read the 5-star reviews from any of our other managed properties and you'll see our impeccable record of excellent customer service and property management. Fantastic Stay!

Fabulous home to spend the month of November in! Very well laid out for enjoying company and guests. We especially liked the backyard, where we spent most days relaxing poolside until the sun would go down. There were plenty of shade as well as sunny areas. In the evening we used the fire pit multiple times. The home was very clean upon arrival and check in was contactless and a breeze. We had no issues while we were there and Daria responded well to our pre arrival needs. The kitchen was well stocked, (bottle of wine was much appreciated after a long travel day), the linens and towels were top quality and everyone enjoyed their beds! Slept so well the first few nights we began to look forward to bed but there was too much activities to do. I cannot forget to mention the luxury robes for the guests! Nice addition. We really enjoyed the Vista Las Palmas neighborhood and took daily walks. The Palm Springs Historical Society has walking tours and we took two of them and learned a lot about the area. The location is such that you can walk into town for most restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood is quiet despite construction nearby, and the occasional landscaper. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property and we will most likely rent again.

Sophisticated & Spectacular

This house is perfect for living out your Palm Springs fantasy. Even though we were vacationing with our 3 year old, 10 month old, and Pomeranian (and a vacation with the kids isn't really a vacation, right?), we were still able to soak up some much needed relaxation and glamour while the kids (and pup!) had an absolute blast. The house is thoughtfully designed, decorated, and well-appointed with essentials and extra comforts for indoor/outdoor living. The shaded, shallow splash area of the gorgeous saltwater pool was one of our favorite features, and the privacy is a dream. Everything about the property and the rental process signifies a level of professionalism and sophistication that will allow you to surrender fully to the vacation mindset. We would rent this house again in a heartbeat.

Great house in absolutely fabulous historic, beautiful old hollywood neighborhood.

We've rented many houses in Las Palmas and this is a great one. Gorgeous bright light and decor, open floorplan and really lovely backyard. Daria was very helpful managing our stay. Can't wait to book again.
