Our stay at the beach house was wonderful. The check-in process was very simple and hassle free. The location was fantastic with a short walk to the beach with a covered trail. There are tons of shops and restaurants nearby. The pool was great to have to change up all the time spent on the beach. The communication from the hosts was great and they always had quick responses.

Great Location & Set Up for Family

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The proximity & accessibility to the beach was ideal for our group. The house met all of our needs & allowed for family interaction in the living room space & around the large dining table. The house is also very close to many of the activities that we enjoy on HHI. We would definitely come again!

Happy Family

We loved the spaceousness, location, and convenience of the house. Easy access to the beach and the pool is awesome. Everyone had a wonderfully fun and relaxing week. Owner/manager responded immediately when we had a few questions on checkin day. Highly recommend staying here.

Great vacay!

This was a great house to stay at! We have been to HHI for over 20 years and have stayed all over the island. This house had it all! Perfect for a large family! The owners communication was quick and they helped quickly when needed too! Def recommend this house!

Awesome house

We had a great long weekend the property was very nice. The only issue we had was we paid to heat the pool but had a few issues. Otherwise, it was perfect!

Beautiful!

This place was just lovely. Perfect location as well! Nice walk to a not very crowded beach. House was clean and open. Nice design. Spacious. Close to Sea Pines and Coligny. Just across from bike path as well. The owners were easy to contact and very friendly! They set up a private boat ride for us which was just lovely. The pool and deck with the lights was fabulous! My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house. The 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms were perfectly set up to fit our group of 9 adults. We loved the upstairs layout and how the living room, dining area, and kitchen were all open to each other. I was a little hesitant about the banquette seating style dining room table but it worked out fine. It is a nice large table. We cooked quite a bit and the kitchen was adequately stocked although there were a few things we wish we'd brought along. It was a short, easy walk to the beach. We saw pods of dolphins swimming along the coast on multiple days. Being December, we didn't use any of the outdoor amenities but we did enjoy sitting out on the small outside deck off the living room.The hosts were very responsive throughout the entire process.

Outstanding HOME - in every aspect

From the initial inquiry, the communication was seamless ~ timely & helpful. Once arrived, PM initiated contact to ensure accommodations met expectations (actually exceeded) - not intrusive, but thru VRBO messaging. They let you know they were available if needed yet did not hover ... The house itself was outstanding! Perfect blend of beautiful and comfortable! Best of all, we were allowed to bring our dog ~ We've come to Hilton Head for over 25 years for our annual family reunion. One of the best rentals we've ever had!

Excellent location - close to beach, Sea Pines and Coligni Plaza. furniture was not very comfortable. One bed was very wobbly. Luckily, did not need to use it. Overall, a nice place paying for location not the house
