This was our first trip to Hilton Head and we couldn't have been more pleased. We had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The space was perfect for our group, and we really appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made our stay easy and enjoyable. The host was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again! Can't wait to visit Hilton Head again!

The home was enjoyed by our multiple generation family. There was enough space to comfortably spend time together while still having plenty of room to spread out. The pool was the highlight for everyone.

This was our second year in a row at this home. We absolutely love the house, location and host. We had a couple issues that we reached out on and got a reply and attention to the matter so quickly. We highly recommend this house.

Great house, clean, awesome pool and hot tub. 5 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of fun restaurants and shops within easy bike ride. Sandy was very responsive. Highly Recommend.

We had a wonderful Christmas with all of the grandchildren and family. The location was perfect. We enjoyed the game room and the pool. The walk to the shore was great. They were able to see a group of dolphins.

Beautiful home with so many wonderful amenities. The owners have thought of everything. Well stocked kitchen, wonderful outdoor porches, full length pool and hot tub. Watch tv from wherever you are inside and out. Very clean and beautiful. Had a wonderful time there.

The house was perfect for our family reunion – spaces comfortable and well equipped. Each major bedroom having its own private bathroom made a big difference, and the beds and linens were great. Sandy was very responsive and helpful with any questions. The elevator was a bonus for lugging groceries and little ones and heating the pool in March was definitely worth it. During our one full beach day, we did wish a beach umbrella had been provided. Otherwise, it had most everything else. We’d definitely stay here again!
We even spotted this deer on one of our sunset beach walks down Firethorn!

Great place!!

We were very pleased with this rental and it has plenty of room for the entire family! Great location for less crowded beaches and quiet neighborhood off the main roads. Our host was responsive to our minor issues, but overall a great place to vacation! Thanks!

House and Location, Unbelievable

We’ve been coming to Hilton Head since the mid 80’s with numerous additions to our family. This was the best house, with all the amenities, we’ve ever rented.

Wonderful large beach house

We had a wonderful vacation — the home was even better than we expected from the pictures and listing, and was a great layout with space for a large extended family both indoors and out. Sandy was also so responsive and easy to work with — she really stood out amongst hosts for how helpful she was! Thank you, we certainly hope to come back!!

Amazing House and Property!

This was our best vacation house in the last 6 years! This place is perfect for a large family, and we always bring our dog so the fenced in yard was awesome. The elevator was amazing for our mother-in-law who is partially handicap. We will try to book for next year as fast as possible!

Stay at Summer Breeze

The house was lovely, just like the picture. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor grill. The beach was a little further than we expected. The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed it.

Fabulous property in HHI!

This beautiful home lived up to our expectations! We had ample room, the beach was close by, the pool was great - just an amazing time had by all! We will be back!

Vacation home that delivered as promised

Our group had a great week in this home. We found the property to be everything it advertised to be according to the listing...new, clean, spacious, equipped. We would definitely return here for a future vacation.

No detail overlooked! Beautiful home with nice amenities. Location was perfect!

Great house within walking distance to beach.

The house was about 8-10 minute walk to beach and shopping. We had plenty of privacy and a great swimming pool with hot tub. The kids greatly enjoyed and hung out in the game room on bottom level. Everyone wants to come back!

My family of 16 just returned from a wonderful holiday week at Summer Breeze in Hilton Head. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. We appreciated the size of all the bedrooms and the number of bathrooms. The outdoor shower came in very handy after the pool or the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and silverware for a family our size. Two full size refrigerators with ice makers was a bonus. Two separate laundry areas was also very convenient. Sandy was responsive when I had inquiries during our stay. The house is on a very quiet street with a short walk to the beach. Also very close to the bike paths.We loved our stay and hope to return again.
