Enjoy this beautiful, newly-renovated waterfront family estate located on North Pender Island in B.C’s Southern Gulf Islands. This two-storey, three bedroom house can sleep up to 6 people and is within walking distance of the Island's Winery and Cidery.

Amenities include a spacious patio overlooking the water, outdoor BBQ, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, in-suite laundry, TV with streaming services and wifi. The Driftwood Mall, a 5 minute drive away, offers a variety of local foods, a gas station, Liquor Store, bakery and retail services.

Lovely waterfront property with amazing views from the terrace and comfortable beds, good showers etc. excellent place for a break! Nice led bed and toys.

We had a lovely stay, as did our two dogs who came home completely exhausted. Communication was great, check in was seamless, the house is in a fabulous location with a gorgeous view, and has a huge deck which we all enjoyed spending time on.I appreciated the very well-equipped kitchen with blender, multiple cutting boards, sharp knives, blender and even an Instant Pot which I’ve never seen in another vacation rental.The beds were large, comfy and very clean and the bathrooms spotless. A few areas could do with a bit of a deeper clean but nothing terrible, and I’d definitely stay here again if we decide to visit Pender Island in the future.

Very clean, lots of nice quality kitchen ware, comfortable beds and very spacious. Beautiful large deck on the ocean. We were there with our grown children and there’s lots of space to spread out and have privacy. We will definitely stay again.

Gorgeous property, had everything my family needed for a great stay, including baby gate, high chair, and some very sweet dog toys and dog bed for our two dogs. Kitchen was well stocked with good quality cookware, which we really appreciated. Location was also awesome, close to driftwood Centre on Pender. Would absolutely stay here again.

This house was a rare find! Three bedrooms with king sized beds on two levels gave everyone privacy in our group of 6. The layout of the kitchen and dining room was wonderful for cooking and eating together. The big deck and the view were amazing and we were thrilled with all of the sea life we spotted from our deck including an orca mom and baby!! Quiet and beautiful with water access too- we loved everything about this home.

Great house in a perfect location. Really the only minus was that the floors could have been cleaner.

The property was as advertised and in clean and tidy order when we arrived. David the owner was quite flexable and catered to our requests in a timely and friendly manner. He even arranged for us to have a full moon all weekend! The property is well looked after and well kitted out. Bedrooms are equipped with big, comfy beds and bathrooms large and spotless. A big wrap around south facing deck with outdoor bbq is a nice feature. The kitchen is well equipped with a big dining room table. A quiet surrounding on the water only enhanced by the numerous bird species chirpring their happy songs each day.A lovely setting and a fine property. Don't hesitae to visit.

Second stay here. House was clean, very well provisioned and spacious with awesome views over the water. Relaxing deck and excellent kayaking. Owners are very responsive and helpful.

Our second stay at this beautiful property. It is such a comfortable house, and so well stocked with everything you need. We will go back again next year for what is becoming an annual December trip. Everything in the house is such good quality-the knives are sharp and the pots and pans are good quality. It’s a beautiful spot and just a cozy place to come back to after exploring Pender Island.

It was great and the home was beautiful.Love the back yard however two issues to address:1) Better lighting markings to see the property when driving to the property in the nightime.2) The upstairs bathroom requires fixing in the plumbing. Water was running at the shower head and bathtub facet at the same time.

This vacation rental was even better than the photos and so very comfortable and welcoming! It has clearly been recently updated with tasteful and fitting renovations but it also maintains everything possible from the past to make it feels like a true home away from home. The view from almost every room was amazing and deck was so comfortable for all times of day!

Loved Everything

Gorgeous property, house, and location. Slept 6 very comfortable with lots of room for socializing or for quiet reading and relaxing. Great location on Pender. Would definitely stay again!
