Fully Renovated Condo! An Easy Walk To The Beach, Shops and Restaurants!
Your relaxation vacation will begin once you step through the door of this adorable Bradenton Beach condo. This one bedroom one bath Anna Maria Island vacation rental with queen size sleeper sofa has been fully renovated including a new HVAC system and sleeps 4. New furnishings tastefully decorate the unit in a pleasing beach island decor. Located in Coquina Reef Condominiums, this complex consists of two separate buildings, each having only eight units. The condo offers amenities galore and will only add to your relaxing vacation. Furnishings include, a king bed, new stainless steel appliances, a professional linen service, granite countertops and a 46 inch HD TV with blue ray player, and free wifi. A private screened in balcony with retractable sunshades and patio set provide a lovely outside setting. The amenities don't stop there. A heated community pool with gas grill, lounge chairs, umbrella tables and an outdoor shower and bathroom provide a wonderful outdoor experience. Covered parking is provided. The white sand beach, historic Bridge Street, restaurants and shopping are just a short block away. If you prefer to explore the island on wheels, it could not be easier once on board the free AMI trolley that runs the length of our beautiful 7 mile Island. Contact us today for booking information. Beach chairs, fishing rods, umbrellas and water toys are located in the unit storage room located on parking level.

Great location!

Place was perfect for my husband and I. Condo is centrally located to lots of great eats! Beach was a minute walk!

Great for 2 people!

I have never stayed at a condo that was so well stocked. It had everything we needed. And the communication with the owner was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again.

winter getaway

Great condo with a nice cozy, beachy feel. Location is fantastic, close to Historic Bridge St, infamous Anna Maria Island Moose and beaches. Free on/off trolley is a huge asset as well. Excited to return for a visit! Hosts were great and very helpful.

Great for a weekend getaway

This was a great little spot, only 5 min walk to the beach and was stocked with beach chairs, an umbrella, and everything else we needed! Also, the neighbors were lovely and very friendly! Would definitely stay here again.

Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful time and the condo was just as pictured. The storage near the parking spot was perfect for our beach supplies everyday. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing all around!

Cute, comfortable, clean space with very communicative and friendly owners. Myfamily of 4 had everything we needed! And the location is perfect….short walk to the gorgeous beach, as well as Bridge St which is full of restaurants and bars and the candy/ice cream. The beach supplies (cooler bag, umbrellas, chairs, toys, wagon to transport, etc) were so nice to have since we flew in from MD. We hope to come back to this gorgeous island and stay in the same unit! Thank you!!

Love the location & unit

King size bed and pillows are great! So many thoughtful amenities such as laundry detergent, dryer sheets, coffee pods, spices, sun screen, paper towels, napkins and was so impressed there were several rolls of toilet paper!

We had a wonderful trip to AMI! The location of this property is ideal for trips to the beach and for the bars/restaurants on Bridge Street. We would definitely book again!

Perfect Getaway

We spent the last 4 days of a two week vacation at this amazing condo. It is perfect in size, location and amenities! The owners have it equipped with everything you could need, even when you fly in and don’t gave many essentials! Highly recommend and truly hope to return soon!

Perfect in every way!

My husband and I rented this unit for a short getaway. The unit was very nice and clean, had everything we needed and more! The location was awesome - short walk to the beach and Bridge Street. The next time we are heading to Anna Maria Island, we will definitely stay here again!!

Great Spring Break Trip!

Our family (myself and my husband, along with our two teenagers) stayed here and we absolutely loved it! It was our first trip to Anna Maria Island and we had an amazing time. The location was perfect - we walked or used our rented golf cart to get around. Lovely accommodations, quiet and friendly. Comfortable and well equipped. Great communication with the owners and appreciated the welcome book full of information. Highly recommend!

We loved the location of this condo! So close to the trolley, beach, restaurants & stores. The condo was just the right size for my husband & I and it had everything that we needed. Kitchen had all of the things we needed & the storage room had chairs to take to the beach as well as some beach game items. Perfect! We would definitely recommend.

AMI PARADISE

Fabulous, Fabulous, Fabulous. Perfect place to stay. One block from beach and bridge street. No need for a car, we walked and biked everywhere. Only bad part we weren’t able to rent next year. Quiet and peaceful. Everything in condo first class.

Perfect Getaway

3rd year to Anna Maria and this one was just my husband and I. This place is perfect, quite and just what we needed. We loved it! Quick walk to the beach, cool off in a shaded pool in the afternoon and easy walk to Bridge St for dinner. Home was fully stocked with everything you needed. We loved the beach cooler so much we bought one! Did I mention the bed, OMG, comfortable. Thank you for sharing your beach hideaway.

Great location

All was good until the neighbors with children came in and they would stomp and jump in place, woke us every morning at 7:30! Didn’t appreciate having to wash the linens before we left and other request. We had paid for cleaning service as one of the fee’s when we reserved the condo! I’m on vacation don’t want to worry about a list that need’s to be done!
