Great little condo! Everything was clean. Loves having a washer and dryer to keep towels clean. Host was very quick to respond to all questions and let us check in early since I flight got in much earlier than check in. Would definitely stay here again! It was outlr first time on the island and we fell in love. Greta food and beautiful beaches. Definitely try aThe Porch and 5350 pour over was very good!

Perfect location and the hosts were amazing. They provided beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels… they thought of everything to allow us to have a perfect, relaxing vacation! Great location and we hope to return next year!

This property was amazing! The location was so close to all the shops and restaurants on Bridge street, and was just across the street from the beach. It was easy to load up and go to the beach thanks to having a wagon, chairs and all the beach supplies in the closet downstairs. The screened in porch overlooks the beautiful clean pool. Inside was clean and had everything we needed and more! It has a huge TV. The host was responsive and generous. I can’t wait to come back to this little gem!

Great location! The place was very clean and fully stocked. Our kids enjoyed the pool. The owner was highly responsive and a great communicator. It was the perfect place for our family of 4.

Excellent property. One of THE most well supplied unit we have experienced over the years. Convenience to everything, ocean, restaurants, shops etc with minimal down time is how we look to secure a property with a pool. This checked all the boxes so much that we have already rebooked for next year. Steven and Giorgi were awesome hosts.

This is a really nicely equipped end unit. We enjoyed our time in the screened in porch. Appreciated the coffee maker and Keurig. The beach shelter was easy to set up, so with the chairs and the wagon. Our time at the beach was comfortable. This location is so handy to so much. Looking forward to a return stay.

Great location for a great vacation!

Great condo right in the center of Anna Maria Island/ Bradenton Beach! Easy walk to lots of restaurants and the beach.

Convenient location and fun stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The condo was clean, had everything we needed, and was so close to all the shops and restaurants of Bradenton. We look forward to returning to this quaint vacation spot in the future!

The condo was just as advertised. Very clean, great location. The condo is compact but plenty of room for the two of us. The amenities, sheets, towels, cookware are all high end and plentiful. Communication with Steven from start to finish was excellent. He always responded to questions quickly and even allowed us to check out an hour earlier due to our travel schedule. The neighbors in the complex were all very nice and quite a few of them are owners and return guests.We will definitely return next year if time allows and the unit is available.
