Theres plenty of space for parking, and its just minutes away from shops, restaurants, and historical sites!

If you're looking for a relaxing, fun vacation, this is the place to be! You're stress will instantly go away once you explore the beautiful Island of Anna Maria.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jo-El’s place and looking forward to coming back. Beds are comfortable and adjustable as well. We also enjoyed having dinner each night cooking on the charcoal grill and dinner on the shaded patio by the pool and then off to see to the sunset afterwards

Always a great event for us.

Having all the other properties that were damaged by the hurricanes, most of them still needing repairs, we were really impressed that our building was in such good shape. Well done to the owners!!

Perfect Location

Great on so many levels 1 Location 2 Privacy 3 Only 4 Units in Local 4 Pool Owner check in to insure everything was going well as expected .... Wonderfull Experience ...We will are ready to come back !!!

31st Wedding Anniversary

You only needed to bring yourself! Utensils, pots, pans, oils, seasonings, aluminum foil, plates, bowls, you name it, it was there. Spotless Clean! Newer HVAC systems. Great communication with owners. Best view, greatest pool, high tech laundry and free! Even had detergent and softner. These folks made 1000% certain we were completely satisfied.

Quiet and clean. Plenty of Parking. Conveniently located to restaurants and Publix was only about a mile away. Short walk to the beach.

Family vacation

Everything went great. Only problem we have was there wasnt an oven just a convection microwave which we've never encountered before and didnt know how to use!

Beach Trip with friend

Enjoyed our trip, the place is directly across the beach which was nice. enjoyed the small area of the pool, nice to not be in area that's like a hotel. Had just a couple of things that needed fixed but the owners were right on it and took care of right away. Will visit again. Thank you

3 min walk to beach

Jo-el was great and quick to respond when I had questions. We loved the clean condo( I’m picky) and beds were comfy! A few small things that could easily be done to complete guest satisfaction: touch up paint in bathroom and bedroom, get sheets that fit a deep mattress( ours were always slipping off the corners and we had to fix them which was annoying) get a new table set on the deck by kitchen( old paint on the chairs and both them and table look a little well used for a vacation home)!! Also replace the beach chairs- 2 of them are really rusty, moldy😙. I wouldn’t stay here again unless these things were addressed. There are too many other places to stay 😊

Relaxing Getaway

We found this beach get way a couple years back, and we can not find another like it! The property owners were quick to respond to our needs. The condo is well equiped, the upgraded motion beds were fantastic. The accuracy of the property posted on line is spot on. The Gulf is literally across the road, and the sunsets are Glorious. We are definitely returning.

Cozy beach condo in fantastic location

We stayed 3 nights to close out a spring break trip. The condo was comfortable and well appointed. Loved the proximity to the beach and the pool was welcome after all day in the sun. Great location - we rented a golf cart to get around and it was a quick run down to shops and restaurants. Would stay again!

Great location close to beach

Great stay here, super close to beach... jus walk right across the street into the public access beach. Parking is easy right off the main road with a dedicated spot. Pool is smaller but great for little kids (we had a 3 and 4 year old who loved it!) Really nice to have a bathroom right off the pool area with laundry and a rinse off shower. Beds were super comfy with adjustable bases to incline while getting the kids settled down for the night. We would rent again!

Great property close to the beach

The pool came in super handy with our toddler. The fact it was prob 75-100 yards to the ocean was great. Owner is very responsive. We had to evacuate for Idalia but i hope everything ends up fine.

PERFECT

Everything was perfect from the location the well stocked very clean condo with front and rear porches to the pool and patio for grilling The trolly was 2 blocks to the north and the beach literally a short walk across the street - we could see the Gulf from the front balcony There was the most pleasent surprise of adjustable massaging beds in both bedrooms !! 7/5 stars from me !
