Welcome to Willow Tree Lake House.... your little piece of paradise on Lake Erie! This lakefront home has great sunset views and is just 1.7 km (1 mile) from the gates of Point Pelee National Park - ideal for birdwatchers, nature lovers, beaching, watersports or relaxing by the water. Visit the nearby wineries while exploring the north shore of Lake Erie. Close to nature but only a ten minute drive to Leamington's main street with grocery stores, restaurants, beer & liquor stores, coffee shops and more.

Property & Neighbours
The lake house has 50 foot frontage directly on the lake with a 40 foot deck. Fulltime homeowners live on either side of the property. This is not the place for parties or noise as we want to respect our neighbours. But its a great place to take in the horizon, listen to the waves and watch the sunsets!

Bedrooms
The house has three large bedrooms and two bathrooms. All the bedrooms and the family room have ductless air conditioners and heaters with individual temperature controls.

Lakeview Bedroom (bedroom 1)
Looking for a romantic getaway... the spacious primary bedroom has a king bed, electric fireplace, chandelier, sitting area, 50" TV and your own private balcony and lounging area overlooking the lake.
Enjoy the sun sparkling on the water & beautiful sunsets from the large waterfront deck while sitting under the shade of a beautiful willow tree.

Mural bedroom (bedroom 2)
This colourful bedroom has a queen and double bed and rocking chair.

Main floor bedroom (bedroom 3)
With easy access from the main floor this bedroom has a queen bed and stovepipe gas fireplace.

Bathrooms
The main floor bathroom has a shower, two person jacuzzi tub, sink and toilet. The second floor bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.

Family/dining room
The open space family and dining area has a large table, 50" TV, two couches and a gas fireplace.

Outside space
Relax on the 40 foot deck located right on the waterfront of Lake Erie... a great place to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. There are metal stairs from the deck directly into the water. A large willow tree provides lots of shade. The yard includes a picnic table, firepit and BBQ and we have four bicycles available for your use.

This all season home, has three large bedrooms, sleeps up to 10 and offers all the amenities for a memorable getaway.

Note: exterior security cameras are located at the front and back of the house.

Very very clean. Provided us with alot of information on the area and what to do. Had everything that u possible need. We were greeted with a bottle of wine/treats and sweets. Highly recommend

We had the best time at this stay for our girls weekend! We definitely wished we could have stayed longer as there is so much to do in the area. Such a beautiful area with many wineries and Pelee Point and this cottage is in the perfect location.

Wonderful Place to Stay

Lovely deck for viewing lake erie and the gorgeous sunsets. Home is clean and well equipped. Our host was exceptional in providing quick responses to questions about the house, and suggesting options for sightseeing. The stay was thoroughly enjoyed by all.

Great location and beautiful sunset

Comfortable, homey, relaxing stay right on the water, perfect for us and our friends to unwind, play board games, cook, eat and visit together. Very welcoming and attentive host who has thought of everything for us to enjoy the area. Thank you!

Excellent stay at the Lake House!

Lovely place to stay in Leamington area. We appreciated the Lake House was fully stocked with everything you might need for a week long stay. Beds were comfortable. Location is great on the water, close to Point Pelee Park and short drive to beautiful Seacliff beach.Hosts were exceptional. Extremely friendly and responsive!

Perfect place to enjoy cycling Pelee Island and Point Pelee

We really enjoyed our stay at Willow Tree. The location was perfect for our group of four - within easy cycling distance of the island ferry and Point Pelee. Views of Lake Erie from the cottage and the dock are lovely. The cottage is very comfortable and well furnished with everything one could need. Our host and hostess went above and beyond to welcome us. Thank you!

Amazing property

Kimberly was a fantastic host, providing very detailed information about the property and the neighborhood. We were offered a late check-out as there were no guests checking in on the day of our departure. The place was gorgeous with a great sunset view of the lake and the rooms and beds were very cozy and comfortable.

The Ideal Lake Cottage

Great deck with sunset views, house is stocked with everything you can think to need, enough garden chairs, fire pit, comfortable beds and close to Pelee Point and Freddie's. We were a group of six 60+ friends, and had an outstanding time. Will be back.

Serene Lake House Getaway

Beautiful lake house. Relaxing on the back deck and fishing off the rocks right in the back yard was just what we needed to unwind. Just minutes from the National Park made it super easy to go to the beach or to site see. Rooms were great and super cozy. Jacuzzi tub was a bonus we all enjoyed. Only thing we didn't enjoy was that our week flew by and came to an end way to quickly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Very nice experience

Very clean and nice house! Very close to the TIP. The sunset is amazing. The owner is one of the best we have ever met. She not only provides all the guidelines very clearly, but also lists all the attractions in the town and other cities nearby. Overall we had a wonderful vacation. 5 stars recommendation.

An amazing week on the lake!

We had an awesome stay. The lake house was beautiful and the location and view were perfect. We enjoyed spending time on the dock which had an amazing view of Lake Erie and the sunsets. We were able to swim right by the cottage and fish there as well, and managed to catch a few big ones! The location is great, just a couple of minutes from Pelee National Park and quite close to Leamington which made shopping and eating out very convenient. Kimberly and John were outstanding hosts, making some great recommendations for things to do in the area and promptly responding to all our questions. We are looking forward to returning for a future vacation!

Relaxing Stay

Excellent property and location. Kind and friendly host. Very detailed information provided for the area and for the property. Outdoor and indoor activities and amenities included fire pit, lounge chairs on the deck to view the sunset, BBQ, Nike's and more... comfortable bedrooms and living area. Fully equipped kitchen and baths. All rooms were individually airconditioned. Super comfortable. National park pass was kindly provided. Minutes from hiking trails and beaches.

Perfect Escape from Holiday Stress

The property was perfect for our group of 5 (ages 17-80). The host made sure that everything was in order when we arrived and checked in by text later to make sure that we didn't have any questions. The house was toasty and cozy for our December stay. We enjoyed cooking in the well-appointed kitchen, playing games and doing puzzles in the common areas, and retreating to our lovely rooms when we wanted alone time. Leamington was close and we found a great taco place for dinner. Point Pelee was a stone's throw away and gave my daughter a nice place to run. The view of the water was ever-changing and enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay!

Family stay near Point Pelee National Park

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Nice to gather family .. we had 8 one night and that was a very full house. Kitchen fully stocked with housewares and gadgets but prep area is tight if multiple cooks in the kitchen. Sitting area larger than photo online. 2 bedrooms upstairs are very large with large bathroom to share. Downstairs bedroom large but noisy with hot water tank in the room. Family who made it to the park to bike ride loved the location, those who wanted shops and wineries also found location very good. Host Kimberly was very responsive to our questions. Thank you!

My husband and I fell in love with this area after visiting Point Pelee National Park for a weekend. In addition to the national park the area has much to offer with wineries, fruit & vegetable stands everywhere and exploring the towns of Leamington, Kingsville & Amherstberg. We continued to return to the area for several years on weekend trips and decided to look for a vacation property. On one visit everything fell into place and we had our place on the lake!

The Lake House is a great combination of being a waterfront property on Lake Erie, steps away from an amazing national park, an easy drive to the many wineries of the north shore and close to the restaurants & stores of Leamington & Kingsville.

The large deck on the waterfront under the shade of the willow tree makes a wonderful space to be with friends & family and to relax watching the constantly changing horizon and the beautiful sunsets.

We also have a comfy sitting area on the second floor balcony overlooking the lake or gather around the backyard firepit.

Inside is a well equipped kitchen, three large bedrooms with lots of room and the comfort of air conditioning and heating along with two gas fireplaces and an electric fireplace in the king bedroom.
