Well Maintained 3 Bedroom 2 Bath non-smoking townhouse unit with loft. Located beachside with great ocean views from all bedrooms and balcony. Unit is on top two floors, so no loud neighbors above you. Unit has two car covered parking spaces. Also no long elevator lines at this complex only steps to the beach. Complex has recently been renovated with new roof, paint and siding. Bright and airy beach tone colors that blend with the serene surroundings.
Min rental age is 25.

First floor features master bedroom with king bed, guest bedroom with queen bed, bath, kitchen, dining area and den. There is a sofa in the den. Upstairs bedroom/loft has two queen beds, bathroom and a stacked washer/dryer. Each bedroom has a flat screen tv. Kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Bring the whole family will sleep up to 8 people comfortably.

Complex has a beautiful remodeled pool area with a tropical theme. Bar-B-Q area is located next to pool.

Conveniently located in Central Gulf Shores 1/2 mile west of 59/182 intersection. Within walking distance of the Shrimp Festival, restaurants and shopping, This place has it all for a wonderful family vacation.

Our stay here at Ocean Reef was fabulous. It was our 1st time to Gulf Shores and we loved it. 2 min walk to the beach from our unit. The unit we stayed in was very clean and spacious. Accomadated us comfortably. Definitely will be back!

So when we arrived, very confusing where to get a parking permit, you’d think it would be included in the price. Also listed in iminities us a hot tub, and there isn’t one! Another issue we had was it wasn’t very clean, my mom owns a cleaning business and we walked around and caught multiple things that were dirty!

Nice condo, great location

Really nice condo, great location, equipped with all you need, good appliances , all bedrooms had ocean views. Housekeeping could be better, but overall this was really nice place.

Amazing stay

Property was exactly as listed. Plenty of room for our whole group. Property owner was very quick to message back and was extremely nice and accommodating. He definitely went above and beyond what was required! Property is right over the pool with parking right under the unit. The beach is just a short walk across the parking lot that puts you directly on the beach. Quiet complex with families. We enjoyed our stay so much. We will definitely book again!

Excellent little property

Great little condo, communication with owner is fantastic. Worth mentioning, Lots of steps for children and older adults. wish they at least had a dumb waiter style elevator at least for luggage. Parking pass of $30 seems a bit much especially requiring one for every car there. Pool should have better posted times, and on sight security 24 hours. Those are not any issues in conyrol of owner. Condo was great!

Will stay again!

This was our 2nd time staying in this unit and we absolutely love it. Plenty of room for the whole family and great location! Clean condo and very easy check in and access. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Greg I have no words he made our girls trip great!! With a early check in and a late check out! Just to top it off!! Location to the beach was excellent!!! Rooms and beds was also great! If we ever decide to come to Alabama again we would definitely stay again!!! And would recommend your condo

A fantastic stay!

Super happy with everything! The condo was clean and easy communication with the manager. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The bathrooms had plenty of towels, the beds were comfy. I did lose one star on the location portion of the review because it says beachfront but there is another row of condos between this listing and the beach, but not enough of a big deal to dampen our stay. My only suggestions would be some other places weve stayed has had a "beach closet" with sand toys, cooler bags, etc for those of us traveling light. Overall, a great stay! Would recommend to anyone!

Owners are from northwest Alabama. Enjoy going to the beach at every opportunity. We have two wonderful daughters that we are so proud of. The oldest served in Afghanistan with the 101st Airborne Division and is a Purple Heart recipient. Our youngest is a sleep lab technician and a wonderful mother to our two grandchildren. We bought this unit because we think family vacations are very important. Some of our best memories include trips to the beach at Gulf Shores.
