If a family vacation at the beach is your plan, then this is the spot for you! Private Beach access, separate pool, deck with grill, outdoor shower, beach AND bay views! We even have a boat launch nearby if you want to bring your boat! Make yourself at home, with both bedrooms on the same floor and there's even a loft with extra space. Both bedrooms have full bathrooms and there is a half bath on the main level as well. Fully furnished, all you need to bring is your swim suits, food, and family.

One bedroom has a bunk that is twin over queen and the master bedroom has a queen bed. The loft can be corded off or can sleep two more. Open floorplan with large kitchen island. The lIving room has a sectional sofa and opens to a private deck overlooking the pool. Neighborhood is very safe and secure with neighbors who live in Perdido year round.

Great privacy, but still in the middle of everything with out the noisy neighbors. Grocery store and restaurants are only minutes away.

Return trip

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We are a family of 7. There was plenty of space for all of us. The loft for the older 2 and then bunk beds for my 3 youngest. The beach is just a short walk. We went each morning and practically had the beach to ourselves. Even in the afternoon the beach isn't crowded. You do have to cross the highway getting to the beach, but there is a crossing light. In the afternoon we used the pool which was nice. It wasn't ever crowed either. We saw the blue angles and went on a dolphin cruise. It was a great vacation !

Great Place Close to the Beach

Our family with two small children had a great stay here! The beach is a short walk away and the we almost always had the pool to ourselves during our stay. The property is a little dated, but was just fine for our family. We had one issue during our stay that the owner addressed quickly and fully. We would stay here again!

Perdido Key vacation

Great location; lots of amenities; pool was awesome. Loved our stay. Very easy check in process. Close to everything but isolated enough to feel exclusive. It was as good as advertised.

amazing!

This was absolutely one of the best experiences! Right in the middle of most everything you need, turn right out of the drive and you could go into Alabama for quick things, turn left and you could go further into Perdido and use grocery stores, gas, etc etc. Restaurants on both ends close and the beach is just right across the road!!! Will be using this location again if we get the chance!

Great for the price

I stayed here for a girls trip. It is about 2 blocks from the ocean. The pool in the back is nice. It is a quiet area with a short drive to nearby shops and restaurants. Owner was quick to respond to messages. I do wish they supplied more toilet paper and towels. The loft is a little scary to climb into. Lots of stairs in and out of the home so be prepared if you have trouble climbing steps. Overall a fun stay.

Great location but not a clean place

Love the location. We have stayed at 2 other townhouses in this building and this was not the nicest. The place was dirty. The stove looked as though it was wiped with an oily rag and the oven had burned food all in the bottom and on the inside of the door. The carpet needs replacing due to stains and coming apart on the top of the stairs. There was food pieces on the wall above the kitchen sink. Living room couch had large stains on the cushions. There is cobweb/dust buildup on the decoration above the bed in the pool-side bedroom, like it had not been cleaned in years. Not to mention the stains all over the mattress in this bedroom that was noticed when we stripped the beds upon leaving (because there was no mattress cover on the bed). All the towels in the closet were old and mismatched, and the kitchen dishes were just random sizes/shapes. There grill on the deck could not be used due to the empty tank sitting on top of the grill. We couldn't use the deck much anyway due to the guests next door apparently just came to the beach to smoke on their deck. Would have been nice to have an actual enclosed outdoor shower like 3 other places in the building with enough water pressure so you don't have to stand against the wall to get wet. There were many other cleanliness/maintenance issues and we did notify the owner of some things on the first day and they thanked us for letting them know. This place needs a lot of maintenance and updating.

Family vacation

Overall, we had a great time on our trip! The house is a bit more run down than the images show, but it met our needs and the beach was perfect. Our host was responsive to messages and easy going.

Great place

My family loved the location of this property. You have access to a pool and can be at the beach in just a few minutes. Beach is quiet with very few people. Pool was great for evenings after sun set. Pool is also a fun way to meet others staying in the complex. House was just as shown kids loved the loft! We will definitely book again.

Best Beach Access on the Coast

Condo was nice, but I don’t think the loft is usable in the summer due to heat rising. The garage had everything you or children need for the beach. The beach was nearly empty as it is a state park with no parking for quite some distance. There is a nice walkway from the highway to the beach.

Spring Break

Nice place in a nice location, maintenance of the place could’ve been better, some of the lights weren’t working, the garage door opener was broken, the clothes dryer sounded like it was about to explode, one of the door locks was broken, and the carpeted areas were stained. This place had plenty of kitchen utensils, towels, extra bed linens, and a nice pool and short walk to the beautiful beach. The negatives are by no means a deal breaker! I would stay there again. My family and I had a fantastic time!

Comfortable with plenty of space

We enjoyed this rental. It was spacious enough for our needs. It was very cool and comfortable with a short walk to the beach on a paved trail. The owner was gracious and responded to questions quickly. Not a complaint, but to make her aware, the carpet and carport could use a little refreshing. The carpet is very nice but needs a deep clean and the carport just needs old broken beach supplies sorted and disposed. Overall it was great and we would stay again.

Nice location, a bit dirty

Pros:The location is nice on a dead end culdesac. The layout is nice and the rooms were perfect for two couples. The various games and entertainment were a nice touch for our son. Cons: The water filter in the fridge was overdue to be changed and the fridge smelled a little weird. The floors were fairly dirty.

Amazing time

Renting this property was so easy. Everything you need is right there. The walk to the beach was so easy. The convenience of having a pool was a plus. It has everything you need to stay in and cook or many options to go out and eat. You can be in gulf shores in no time and the Tanger Outlet mall is a short drive. Alex was so awesome. He answered any questions I had quickly. This will be my family’s go to place for vacation. Thank you Alex for everything.

Family Vacation

My wife and I along with our 5 kids stayed the week. We had a wonderful time. The beach wasn't crowded. It was a short walk with the only negative being we had to cross the highway. Typically we didn't have to wait long. The pool was great. I was able to grill on the deck while my kids swam. The condo itself was great for our family. My older girls stayed in the loft and the younger ones used the bunkbeds. We had a great week, Also, our host was very quick to respond to questions and check-in was easy!

Great for large family...

This condo had plenty of space for our family of 6. The main area was well maintained. This included a kitchen, that had everything you could need and was really clean. A living room area and a bathroom area well maintained. I would say the upstairs needs quite a bit of TLC both in cleaning, upgrades, and maintenance. Closet doors were broke, carpet stained, and a hole in one wall. The laundry room doors were also broken. I will also say that there are items in the garage like it says on website, however majority of it is broken. Based off reviews I thought there would be a wagon to transport items to the beach but there wasn't a wagon available. These are not deal breakers as we've been to the beach the last three years so we prepared ourselves for the things we would need. The last thing that needs a massive update would be TV's. They advertise 3 TV's and only one of the 3 worked. Two of the 3 are more the size of a computer monitor, not what most would think of as a TV. The private pool was definitely a perk as in 4 total days we not once shared it with another guest. The garage space is also a perk. Our large SUV fit with SO much room around to spare. This kept our vehicle nice and cool to come and go from the condo. We didn't grill or use the patio areas much but I saw other guests using them and they also are a nice perk of this place. All the things are comparisons to our only other experiences around there in a condo in Orange Beach the two previous years. None of the negatives would keep me from staying there again but I wanted to give a transparent and honest review. The walk to the beach was 5 minutes or less. It was a very quiet area at night. Hope that helps anyone thinking of renting for a stay at Perdido Key.

Sharp Reef is the place to stay!

What a great location! Easy beach access, quiet complex, wonderful pool! Fit all our needs and was a nice place to stay for a vacation with some friends! Easy walk to the beach and a short drive to the busier side of perdido and a short drive to orange beach/gulf shores. Would definitely stay again.
