Probably the nicest place we’ve ever stayed at

My wife and I have been going away to mountain ski lodges, inns and bed and breakfast’s multiple times a year for almost 30 years and I’d say this is the nicest place we’ve ever stayed at. If you’re into the log cabin look and feel than this is the place for you

Excellent family resort that is celiac friendly

This property was amazing for our family with two young children. So many activities. And, the staff at both restaurants were extremely accommodating of our child with celiac.

Whiteface Lodge is Great

Everything was great. Only disappointment was there was no early check in available and they ran later than the 4pm time noted so we were left waiting for quite a while.

Beyond our expectations..

We fell in love with this property. Everything was perfect, clean and felt like home. The location and the property was stunning. So much to do, we were never bored. We did not want to leave. Highly recommended and we will back soon! Thanks for sharing this beauty with us :)

Thermostat in room

We had a hard time adjusting the thermostat in the room. Had to keep windows open at night to be cool.

Kate, So glad you had a a great time and enjoyed the Suite and all the amenities at the Resort. For future reference if you ever have an issue in the suite there is an onsite maintenance crew that can handle any issues. I will be sure to let them know to test the thermostat. Thanks again. Keep us in mind for another time. Great to visit in both the Summer and Fall Seasons too.
