THE LIVING ROOM features new seating for comfortable socializing and TV viewing. The living room and kitchen have plenty of natural light.
THE KITCHEN is fully equipped - whether you're reheating leftovers or feeling inspired to create the best ever home cooked meal, we've got you covered! It includes a full-sized fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig, pots, pans, plates(for 8) and any utensil you'll need.


THE BEDROOMS can each sleep 2 people. They feature extremely comfortable new mattresses, closet, a chest of drawers and plenty of natural light. The master bedroom features a Queen sized bed. The second bedroom features a Full sized bed, and the third bedroom features a Full sized bed. If you are more than 6 people, the couch in the Living Room can be used.

THE BATHROOM, comes fully equipped with towels, toilet paper and shower items. The house is completely private.



The central air conditioning system ensures you are always comfortable anywhere in the house, whether it's summer or winter.



The property is equally suited for business or family trips. We made every effort to ensure the house is one of the highlights of your trip!

Guest Access:
Contactless check-in with yale assure smart locks . you will be provided a code prior to check in.

Mexican and Chinese Restaurant right across the street with front door delivery available. Close to walking bridge across Ohio river to Louisville or just hang out and enjoy downtown Jeffersonville. A place to relax, eat, drink and be merry.
