A great week with family at the Kozy Beach House in Wildwood NJ!

The house accommodated our large family with beds for everyone! Everything we needed for a great beach week! The owners were great to work with and very responsive!

We had a great stay at this location! The property was very clean and had just about everything our family could possibly need. The hosts were incredibly responsive and answered every message quickly, which made everything so easy from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect, close to everything while still feeling comfortable and convenient. We also really appreciated the parking tags, which made parking hassle-free. We had no complaints and would absolutely stay here again!

This home was large enough for all in our family to have their own beds and we could even bring our dog. The downstairs shower was a nice bonus. We enjoyed the front porch as well as games in the back yard. Corrine was very quick to respond. Highly recommend for large families.

Fun and family friendly

Property was great wish we had more time to stay. Property owners/ mamagers were very attentive and quick to respond. We cannot wait to go back.

We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful beach house and honestly could not have asked for a better experience! I truly have no complaints, everything about our stay was perfect. The house absolutely lived up to its name and was the perfect cozy beach house for our group of 9. It was pretty clean, beautifully furnished, comfortable, and had more than enough space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The location was also unbeatable, just two blocks from the beach, making it incredibly convenient to go back and forth onto the boardwalk throughout the day. The property owners were wonderful as well, always responsive, informative, and helpful whenever we had a question. You can tell that a lot of thought and care went into making this a welcoming place for guests. If you’re considering booking this home, I would absolutely recommend it. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Great Location; Plenty to do for all ages

This was our extended family vacation (three families), and we had a great time. Great sized kitchen for those of us who liked to cook. Easy access to the boardwalk, which is where the kids loved hanging out every night.Even though we were a big group (11 people), there were plenty of spaces to be alone or in smaller groups (second floor outdoor deck; first floor outdoor patio; porch). When everyone wanted to be together, the large kitchen table was perfect!

A good, though compact, house for a large family. We had planned for 10 of us, but 4 were unable to make it. Bedrooms were small, lacking sitting space, but adequate, and the mattresses were good. Be prepared to bring your own sheets and towels. We appreciated a nice backyard grill and 6 beach chairs with a buggy to walk them the 3 blocks to the beach.

Amazing as always

This is our fourth year staying at the house. It's always a great experience. The owners are attentive and have done an amazing job with renovations to the downstairs bathroom. 12 adults fit comfortably and the house offers the size and amenities that we need. Everyone has their own space. Bring a couple blocks from the beach, adds to the stay and convenience. We already booked for next year. Great house, location and owners. Highly recommend.
