Wake up, pour your coffee, have a seat on the front upper deck, and enjoy a nice relaxing view of the water/bay...or even better, take your coffee on a morning stroll at our beach!...its just a two min walk from our front door!

This spacious beautiful custom two story home is excellent for family/friend getaways, it's just a 2-min walk to bay/beach, and has great water views from the front deck and upstairs family room. Watch amazing sunsets from the deck or set up a chair to watch from our beach!

This immaculate comfortable home has an a completely open well lit floor plan (second floor), custom outdoor shower, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 half baths, large fully stocked kitchen, smart TV, 3 decks, free wifi, all new furniture/leather sofa, Weber grill, private fenced in backyard with private furnished covered lounge area/rear deck, a fire-pit, adirondeck chairs, and tiki torches...and easy access to downtown Cape May/Wildwood. Sleeps 8 people comfortably.

We supply all the essentials...linens and bath towels are provided. Please let us know if you have any special needs or requests!

Beautiful home and property! Everything was very clean and the home is decorated beautifully. The short walk to the bay for nightly sunsets was wonderful. Joe was a great host and communicated with us often. This home is a must stay when in Cape May!

Beautiful property and very clean. Modern amenities and very nicely decorated. Fit our family of 6 adults and 2 children perfectly. We loved the outdoor decks. Host was super kind and communicative - went above and beyond.Nice quiet neighborhood with sunset bay views- we enjoyed a beautiful view of the sunset on our second night. Nearby mini golf and ice cream (Milky Way and Fleck’s) perfect for the little kids. Short drive to downtown Cape May and all the restaurants they have to offer.We also took advantage of the availability of the community pool. Kids had a great time and was easy to get to/use.Would definitely recommend!

Very modern, clean and comfortable accommodations with a well stocked kitchen, linens and towels. Our hosts were very responsive, friendly and helpful. One of the very best homes we’ve ever rented!

Charming beach house in great location

The property was in great condition, decorated in a very attractive way, very spacious and comfortable, and just a block from the beach. Very responsive and helpful host. Really enjoyed our stay!

This beautifully decorated home was so very welcoming and there was not anything we needed or would have changed for our week.The lower deck was the perfect place to have coffee, read, and enjoy the music of the birds......Thank you for letting us use your beach equipment -- those chairs were perfect !We would not hesitate to rent next year.

What an amazing property! Everything was exactly as promised (if not better). One of the cleanest vacation rentals we’ve stayed at while also being super comfortable. It really felt like our home away from home. Communication with the host was easy, efficient and allowed for seamless check in / out. And the location can’t be beat - just a quick walk to the end of the block and you’re on the beach. This house will be at the top of our list for future trips back to the Cape May area. Highly recommend.

Great Stay!

My family and I had a great stay. The house was clean and comfortable and had just about everything we needed. The location was great- we could walk to the bay and it was an easy drive to the main beaches, restaurants and the Cape May Zoo. This is definitely a great house for families.

Beautiful home with all the amenities! Enjoyed our stay immensely. The views of the bay from the upstairs porch were wonderful and the quick walk to the beach was great! Close enough to downtown Cape May, an easy drive, but appreciated the quieter area of the Villas. Would definitely recommend this property. Owners were very responsive and super helpful.

Fantastic Stay in Cape May

We had a great time at Joe's property! The house was clean, spacious and very well located to explore all the Cape has to offer. Morning coffee on the front balcony and nighttime bbqs on the back deck were exceptional. Looking forward to visiting Cape May again, and when we do, we will definitely stay here!

Love the beach feel of the house

Beautiful house, great location and the host was fantastic ... We really enjoyed the stay, the house is fully equipped that you don't need anything but your clothes!!! Has toys and everything for the beach! Can't wait to be back.

Great house, great location.

House was very nice. Clean and very comfortable. A few minute walk to the beach and close to everything you need. Joe and Kelly are great host. We will stay there again on our next trip back to the shore!

A great place to vacation

We enjoyed our stay in the Villas. The house was immaculate and newly updated as well as very comfortable. We spent days exploring the nearby bay beaches where the sunsets are gorgeous. It's also not far from downtown Cape May and Wildwood. We would 100% recommend to friends and family.

Beautiful, clean home

We enjoyed this clean and comfortable home in the Cape May area. A great “base” for our exploring. Pictures accurately represented the home and the hosts were responsive.

Spring Break

This was a perfect getaway for my family of 6! It had everything we needed! We enjoyed being able to walk down to the beach for a morning walk or to catch the sunset! This part of cape May is quiet and relaxing with just a short drive into downtown cape May!

Beautiful Home

The house was very clean and well lit, the pictures don't do it justice, it was a great home to vacation at we hope to be able to do it again next year, plus Joe and Kelly are great people to rent from. An all around great experience

Wonderful Stay

We loved our stay at Joe’s place! It was our twin toddlers’ first trip to the beach and the proximity to the bay was wonderful for walking back and forth with the little ones. The house was clean, well-appointed and great location - only a quick drive from a bunch of kid-friendly attractions like the Cape May Zoo and Beach Plum Farm. Joe was also very responsive to our questions. Wonderful stay!

Long Weekend Vacay

Loved this newly renovated house. Perfect for our family of 3 teens. It’s a short walk to the bay beach. The owners were wonderful. They answered all my questions on a timely basis. I would highly recommend.
