YOU CAN'T GET CLOSER TO A LIFT IN TOWN! This is the only 5 bedroom, 5 bath at the base of a ski lift in the entire town of Telluride. The ski lift (Lift #7) and the lift ticket office are directly downstairs. So is the equipment rental shop.

Our property layout is all on a single level so there are no stairs inside. We also do not share any common walls and nobody is above us.

Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own bathroom and we have a 'bunk room' setup for the kids. Each of the main bedrooms has a King bed and the bunk room has a Queen over Queen bunk bed as well as a Twin over Twin bunk bed.

Heading to a summer festival with a group? Our location is perfect for a large group or anyone who wants their own space, and their own bathroom, but also a great room to congregate in.

If you don't want to walk to main street or the gondola, a free bus runs the town loop every 15 minutes. It drops off and picks up directly in front of our place. The free bus can also drop you off at the gondola station.

Access to 2 (NEW as of 2024) outdoor hot tubs

The property was great for our early fall trip to Telluride. The unit was very nice and had tons of space to allow our group to spread out. It's a pretty easy walk to get into town or to the gondola in the spring/summer/fall and if you're planning on skiing, it doesn't get any more ski-in ski-out than this which would be great in the winter. Ryan is probably the best host I've ever worked with as well. He went out of his way to make sure our stay was great and never took more than a few minutes to respond to any questions. Overall our stay was excellent and I would definitely book this place again in the future.

Very accommodating for four couples. Great location. Shuttle was nice to take if you are going further into town. I would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed the mountainside condo very much. Even though we couldn't ski b/c the mountain was closed due to the strike, we hiked, shopped and played lots of games at the wonderful, long table in the condo. Looking forward to returning when the slopes open!

We had a great stay here!! Very spacious and very clean place. Ryan was an excellent host, responsive and provided us with a lot of great info. I would absolutely recommend staying here! Great location, too.

We had an excellent stay at this condo. You really can't beat a 5 BR, 5BA condo, and it was very spacious. We stayed during July, so it did get a little hot during the day, but each room had a plug in fan that helped keep things comfortable. We also opened the windows at night if the smoke wasn't too bad and there is a ceiling fan in the living room too that helped cool things down. Along with the rest of our group, we had our toddler and dog with us. Both had the absolute best time! It was so nice to be able to walk to town each day along the beautiful river and take the gondola to mountain village with our dog. Telluride is one of the most dog-friendly places we had been to, which was so nice given our dog's very recent terminal cancer diagnosis. So we wanted to show him the absolute best time, and this condo and town over-delivered. Ryan was very quick to respond to questions and worked to accommodate us during our stay. Overall, we would book this condo again if back with a larger group in the future!

Excellent host! He was very responsive and kind! The place was extremely clean, and there was plenty of room for all of us. Each room having its own bathroom was great! The location was good too - short walk to town and the gondola. I would definitely recommend this condo, and would stay here again!
