This is a very beautiful high-quality property. The host are very interactive and generous. You could not ask for a better situation. The home is immaculate and well kept. The amenities are plenty. There is a golf for each house. The host, make themselves available 24 seven and generally concerned for your comfort, they are very special people. We enjoyed our stay immensely, I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Only thing better than luxury accommodations in a Hawaiian paradise is having Julie & Alan as the property owners.They were meticulous about the property and experience. They were authentically interested in providing an epic experience from the welcome package to participating in birthday festivities of a 5 year old in the party.It was indescribably wonderful!Rick plus 23 family members!

Dream location and team

The property is just unbelievable. This is premium setup and the management treats it like one. Every step of the way they are there to help with anything and we didn’t have to do anything while checking out except put our trash and dishes away. Celebrated a week long wedding affair with family and would recommend 10/10.

Blissful

Both houses but big house particularly was incredibly beautiful. Nicely located between Waimea and Kona. But the best part of the stay were hosts Alan and Julie. Any questions and concerns were literally immediately replied to. From wonderful advice on early navigation of area for first timers to the Big Island to dealing with any and all concerns and questions on the houses were handled with amazing communication. Thank you so much for making the stay wonderful and looking forward to a future stay

Marcus and family were awesome guests for both houses. They treated the houses like their own home. We appreciated their a quick communications so we could address any questions or concerns they had. We are looking forward to their return visit and definitely recommend them to any luxury vacation home without any concerns!

This property was beyond perfect for our daughter’s wedding week. We rented both homes—one for the bride’s family and one for the groom’s family—and could not have chosen a better setup.The homes are very large, beautiful, comfortable, and incredibly well equipped, with so many amenities. We hosted the welcome party at the house, the girls did hair and makeup there on the wedding day, and we held the wedding reception there. It worked beautifully for all of it.The kitchen was fantastic. It was perfect for easy serve-yourself breakfasts for our families, and also worked extremely well for the chefs we brought in for the parties and reception.The theater room was an unexpected bonus. We were able to watch LSU football and the US Open on the big screen—perfect for a little downtime during a very busy week.Just as important, anytime we had a question or small issue, it was handled very quickly—and always above our satisfaction. We felt very well taken care of throughout our stay.The houses and setting were even better than we expected. For bringing two families together for such a special week, it truly could not have been more perfect. We would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay!!!! No one was ready to leave. Our family of 20 (grandchildren and their parents) came for a week. We rented both properties and they both exceeded our expectations. Julie and Alan personally greeted us in order to acquaint us with the houses. They were amazing even prior to arrival, every time I requested additional information, they were able to provide excellent providers from additional child care to a wonderful caterer. The pool and hot tubs were amazing and enjoyed by everyone. The many meals we prepared in the well stocked kitchen are going to be some of our favorite memories. We were able to feed everyone at the same time. The media room was awesome, the kids could be watching a movie in the media room during meal prep and the rest of the house was quiet enough to have conversation. The bedrooms were well decorated and extremely comfortable. Everyone loved the many shower options in the bathrooms. We used the provided wagons, boogie boards, umbrellas and snorkel sets to make our beach days complete. They have several world class beaches near by. The location was just right - quiet, secluded but close enough to any attractions you may want to visit. We can’t wait to come back!!!
